Went through drive through, ordered #7, Diet Coke, and 2 Apple Pies. Took the girl at least three times to get order correct... regarding #7 and drink. Then the screen showed she kept putting pumpkin pies instead of apple. Finally, screen showed afternumerous tries order correct. After eating burgers, started to eat pies. Guess what was in the labeled Apple Piewrapper?pumpkin pies. They were not good, completely dried out. Will not be attending this location again. Read more
I have lived in Fountain City and have been bringing my kids and grandkids to this McDonald?s since 1998. Over the last few... years I?ve noticed a huge decline in the way I?m left feeling when I place an order in the drive thru. I mean , isn?t there avideo or a class that these employees have to watch on customer service and basic courtesy before they are allowed to work withthe public? When I drive up ? what?s your order? is not what I expect and no ?thank you?, or ?have a nice day.? Maybe I?m justold fashioned and have a good work ethic in every job I?ve ever had , big or small. The cashier is always friendly as is thewoman who hands out the food, my complaint is with these kids on headsets taking orders. It?s like we are inconveniencing themto have to take our order. I dont ever go to McDonald's but made an exception today and that was a mistake. Burger was ok fries were cold and stale. Drink... machine was messed up but didn't have a sign on it nor did they tell people until they asked if a certain drink was out. Thenthey said oh those drinks don't work on that machine but didn't offer to get the drink you wanted from a working machine. Ladyworking the register seemed inconvenienced by having to wait on someone. Wasn't offered napkins or any condiments even thoughthey weren't available for anyone to get for themselves. Asked for ketchup and was only given 5 packs for 2 people to eat theremeals with. Really sad how most restaurants have become terrible since covid. To think fast food workers want $15 an hour withan $8 an hour work ethic. Read more
This location was filthy! The tables and chairs looked like they haven't been cleaned in years! I went with my mother and she... can't have a lot of salt so she always asks for no salt on her fries. They added extra salt so she had to ask for them to remakethem. They first tried to give her a small when we had medium fries so they had to remake them again and finally got it right. Idid notice this and probably the most unsanitary part. The fries that she didn't eat the employees in the back were eating them.Covid or not that is just disgusting! I totally wish we would have gone to the one closer to where I live. I will never go backto this location and I honestly think the should have a surprise health inspection. Read more
The lady at the front window tells you to pull up and wait for ya and drinks mainly is very rude. I ordered a gallon of tea one... night and they didn't have any and I paid with my cash app it still never got refunded. But most workers there are great andvery polite. Stays clean for the most part. Read more
If I could give this location less than one star, I would. The inability to operate two lines effectively is astounding. You?ll... sit at the speaker waiting for your order to be taken while the other line moves at least five cars through. Orders are ALWAYSwrong. The attitudes are horrible. Food is at best, room temp. It?s time for new management and a crew that takes a little pridein the brand and their own work ethic. The breakfast crew, however, has it together. Speed, effectiveness, accuracy, customerservice. I became homeless in October 2019, today Black Friday 2021, broke, homeless and hungry this kind lady, a complete stranger... approached me and asked me what I wanted to eat. She never told me her name and she was gone before I could ask. I did manage toget a picture of her as she ordered me a complete meal. There are Angels still helping the less fortunate even in thistechnologically advanced age we live in. Bless you kind lady. You fed a hungry disabled homeless veteran today with grace andkindness. The woman in yellow circle is lunatic. She?s the rudest worker I?ve encountered in my life. She would blast a cashier asking a... question. Within the next two minutes, a customer was saying to another customer that there are customers waiting and sheblasted again saying: ?Well, all you have to do is just wait!!!? and left, she?s just LUNATIC (and maybe in hot flashmenopause). I don?t know why she works in service industry. She?s more suitable to be a debt-collector with that rudeness. Thisplace (esp her) does not treat customers and employees respectfully.
