Just left this location. They OWE US 20 dollars. Our bill was 14.70? we handed them 50 dollar bill and 70 cents in change? she... handed us back a 10, 5 and a 1. Not only that, I am severely allergic to pork and they put pork on both my sandwiches after weasked three times to ensure the proper order was placed. Ticket number 49 at 6:57 10/16/2022. The manager was unapologetic,DID NOT give us the change back. The manager said that the drawer wasn?t wrong but she didn?t even attempt to ask the employeeabout the situation. Stopped here for dinner and we were immediately greeted by a smiling young man behind the counter. We placed and received our... order quickly. We had made some changes to a few of our items and everything arrived just as we had requested. Restaurantappeared clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend stopping at this location! Went thru the drive thru, they took out order 6 McChicken and 6 m double and a basket of fries. The fries were literally as... shown in the pic, soggy cold and barely half basket full. Like seriously I paid 5 dollars for what looks to be not even the sameamount as a large fry. Very disappointed. The owners and management needs to seriously go in and see what they are servingpeople . Cause as of that order they are a rip off . Staff was incredibly unprofessional and unkempt. A couple of employees were standing right at the entrance smoking cigarettes,... blocking our way in. People behind the counter were swearing loudly, acting childish and immature. Some of them were chasingeach other around acting like kids. Quite a few of the employees looked greasy, sweaty, and dirty. One of the men has longblonde hair that was not tied back or wearing a hair net. Employees were eating and drinking behind the counter in front ofcustomers waiting for their food. The food itself was bad as well. so ordered a chicken sandwich & a quarter pounder meal w fries & a drink . didnt get fries nor drink, then i opened my sandwhich... and there was no meat patty. literally ridiculous. don?t recommend this mcdonalds at all Read more
Worst service EVER! No fries, drove back to get them to only receive half of what was ordered. No sauce on Mcribs. One was made... with 2 bottom buns. Cheeseburgers drowned in ketchup. Almost a $30.00 order that was so screwed up we got dressed and went toAubrey's just down the road from them. No sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets, but they gave us 2 bbq for 20 nuggets. This was the worst McDonald?s experience I believe I have ever had. Everything was filthy. The floors in front of the drink... stations were sticky and wet. Nothing had been wiped down. All of the trash receptacles were overflowing. There was no tea. Andthat was the dining room. In the women?s bathroom there was no toilet paper nor was there any soap. Which means that all of theemployees who were female were leaving the bathroom with unwashed hands. The girl at the register turned around and walked awayand was talking to friends when I stepped up to order. They appeared to have plenty of employees working behind the counterhowever most of them were chitchatting amongst themselves. I ordered two large cokes and a large fry. I waited at least 15minutes for one large fry, which was my entire order. When they delivered the order to customers who were numerically twonumbers above mine I asked what about my number and they said they didn?t even have that number. I showed them my receipt thenagain asked for my large fry. The only good thing I can say was when I finally did get my large fry the French fries were hot. Read more
