There is an absolute maniac working here. He's an older white guy with a long beard. He told me I'd "never ***** (company name)"... there again (twice) before saying he hopes I don't make any money (delivering food). ???? I have never in my life encounteredsomeone that crazy working with the public. I love the food here and have only had good experiences with other staff membersbefore today, as a customer and deliverer. I've been telling this story to everyone today though bc it's absolutely MAD howcrazy that dude was. Someone should probably keep him away from the customers. Read more

I so wanted to like this place (and used to) but it has gone downhill. I've complained to the store and the company, and now I... feel like I'm marked for bad service, because it keeps getting worse. I order the veggie sandwich and 4 out of 5 times it has noavocado. $10 for a cucumber/tomato sandwich? Today they left out the potato salad side (and no avocado). That's the best thingon the menu. I can't just drive back to get it fixed; I'm on the run which is why I order on the app and pick up at thedrive-through window. Pay attention to the orders! Read more

Very bad service from some ditsy white chic that works at Tazewell location. The girl was talking to a bunch of her friends... instead of doing her job. Also this location keeps leaving toppings off my salad that I paid for. Read more

Our mens Bible study group was able to come in tonight and receive great service and enjoy some amazing food and yes of course... the great tea. The treated us tremendously and allowed us to pull some tables together and have our Bible study together. Ilove McAlister?s still is along the few restaurants that doesn?t sell alcohol or any kind. As a Christian I truly appreciatethat. Thank you for providing a great atmosphere. Read more

As you can see by the ticket in the attached picture, I ordered the Steak and Gorgonzola salad without the Gorgonzola or the Red... onions and asked for cucumbers and black olives instead. They were actually options that I was given while ordering online. Ifyou look closely at my salad in the second picture, you will notice that they ended up giving me the Gorgonzola and Red Onionsand Did Not give me the cucumbers or black olives. The hilarious part is that they repeated my order back to me when I pickedit up and had it perfectly correct, but whoever made my order apparently didn't even look at the flipping ticket, and I didn'tfind out until I got home about 20 minutes later. This was Friday April 1st around 7:15 p.m. and whoever made my salad needs tolearn how to read the ticket of the order that they are preparing. Not everyone can handle blue cheese or red onions, so I endedup having to throw the entire salad in the trash after taking this picture. Also when they were reading my order back to methey mentioned that I had put no pickles with our sandwiches, but I had never said no pickles, in fact I wanted the pickles butnever saw any mentioning of them anywhere. So the fact that the ticket said that I said no pickles, I feel like that'ssomething that the online ordering system automatically throws in there so they can make people ask for them instead of justgiving them with the order that they come with, so if you want your pickles you need to type that in the special instructions soyou can make sure you get your pickles. Honestly kinda ridiculous, I mean seriously who doesn't like the pickle spear that comeswith their sandwiches? Read more
