This is the worst mcalister?s to exist. The cashier was absolutely rude and you could tell she hated her job, The manager i... assume was rude to customers, and her employees. First, thumbs up for the few people working at this McAlisters. They worked with little backup. My Sunday experience was... appaling. I ordered online: No chip option (errored), no pickle option. Small things, but important to my meal. Set a 11:35pickup. Waited 20 minutes then went inside. 6 people in line to pickup online orders. One left without their food after 15minutes. Food was cold, sloppy and poorly made and 9 dollars more for two sandwiches and teas. One more favorite place to eat onmy "just dont" list. Read more
Very good. Loved the broccoli cheese soup and their brownies are the best. The staff was great the place was clean.

Usually love this place. Have been to this local countless times. Today was a little disappointing. I went to leave and got... refill on my tea to have one to go. I needed to purchase another. The lady was very frank that I needed to go to the backnofthe line. I understand taking a register away from another customer but I was willing to leave more than enough to cover thecost and she could have rang it up after the line dwindled. Schaad Road ....Ordered Green Goddess salad last week they forgot the selling point of avocado, so had to go back and get side... of avocado and comped with free lunch card. Redeem my card today, and they forgot my cookie, AND packaged my wet pickle with myhot french dip. Mcalister is on a time out with me now! Staff were less than happy or courteous on free tea day! The food is really good but the drinks are not... We ordered sweet tea with our meal and it tasted old and no sugar at all. Just... me but if I'm paying 2 dollars for sweet tea I like it to have sugar in it. Also the dining area wasn't very clean, the tableswere sticky and hadn't been cleaned , and so they could not have been sanitized. If I order again It will certainly be take outonly. Read more
