Placed a curbside order because I?m pregnant and have a toddler. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes after checking in, so I... went in. Five employees were all just standing with my order in the window. Nobody seemed to care that it was supposed to be aCURBSIDE order. They almost forgot my salad until I said something. Get home and the pizza is over cooked and cold as is thecheese bread and the salad that was supposed to have two has zero packets of dressing. I keep giving this place a chance becauseI?m from Ohio and have always loved Marcos, but this specific one usually disappoints, so this will be the last time. The best pizza I?ve found since moving to Knoxville, but never ready on time.
Worst customer service I?ve ever delt with. Order was an hour and fifteen minutes late. Pizza wasn?t hot and cut wrong. Called... twice and complained and the woman I talked to was rude about the whole situation. Read more

The first time I visited I would have gave it ten stars.but last night April 2 I almost walked out without my order. The service... was awful after waiting almost 3o mins for my food it takes me 5 min to get home my pizza was cold, my sandwich was cold it wasjust not a good experience. I understand help is hard to come by . I work with the public in retail and groceries my self butthe least you can do is make sure customers orders are up to par and hot when they receive it when they have been in theestablishment waiting for over 20 min or more and pay a large amount almost $ 45.00 for their food..very disappointed ?????? itwill be awhile before I come back and I've told everyone that it was the best I had ever ate now this . Delivery was quick and friendly, called in the order and dude that answered the phone was helpful and we ordered the 14$ deal... with a three topping pizza and bread sticks but the total came to almost 24$ plus I gave a 4 dollar tip to the driver so almost30$ when the deal was supposedly 14$... Great staff.. manager was awesome. My little guy knocked his drink over and onto the floor. They were great and did not seem... upset at all. We apologized profusely, and they kept telling us it was okay. Good hot food & very tasty! Spot is mainly forcarryout and delivery, but they do have 4 tables.. enough seating for 8 people! Read more
I ordered cinnamon sticks and they delivered plain bread squares and then told me they would not deliver the correct item.... Mistakes happen and I was not upset until their terrible customer service regarding the mistake they acknowledged that theymade. Never did get any cinnamon sticks Read more
