Placed a curbside order because I?m pregnant and have a toddler. I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes after checking in, so I... went in. Five employees were all just standing with my order in the window. Nobody seemed to care that it was supposed to be aCURBSIDE order. They almost forgot my salad until I said something. Get home and the pizza is over cooked and cold as is thecheese bread and the salad that was supposed to have two has zero packets of dressing. I keep giving this place a chance becauseI?m from Ohio and have always loved Marcos, but this specific one usually disappoints, so this will be the last time. The onlyreason I?m giving two instead of one star is because the guy who did give me my food wasn?t rude. Read more
The best pizza I?ve found since moving to Knoxville, but never ready on time.
Worst customer service I?ve ever delt with. Order was an hour and fifteen minutes late. Pizza wasn?t hot and cut wrong. Called... twice and complained and the woman I talked to was rude about the whole situation. Read more
