I absolutely love biscuits and gravy and these are easily the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had? and vegetarian to boot! ... They have a sausage gravy as well, but the shittake mushroom gravy is fantastic and suits my dietary preferences. The gravyeven has a bit of a kick to it, which is perfect. The coffee is good as well, but the food is definitely the star of the show. Also, super cute community atmosphere and very friendly staff. It was fairly busy when I came in. I ordered the regular biscuits and gravy with two eggs. Took 40 min to get my food. It was... good but not hot and the wait time seemed excessive. Also a bit pricey. I paid $17 for what you see. I recommend coming during aless busy time. Read more

This was my first time back in a couple of years. The employees were friendly, and the food was better than I remember, but I... only rate four stars because of the cleanliness. I don?t mind that, as a customer, I?m supposed to drop off my dishes off at thestations set out, but I never saw anyone wipe off the tables that were left messy. Read more

It was my families first time today... and the manager came up and brought us cinnamon biscuits and started conversation and it really made it seem like she cared. Lazy kids running this place. Came two days in a row and both times the place is empty, and there?s no silverware. Eating with... plastic fork and knife. Girls are chit chatty, while the dishes are piled up. 3 tables sat in here. Also - no orange juice orjust don?t want to make it? Food is good, though. Update: Back 4 months later, and much better this time. Silverware isn?tplastic, dishes aren?t piled up, fresh OJ is being squeezed. Anything with biscuits & gravy or chicken and waffles are amazing! Their coffee is decent. The other menu items such as the... "bread pudding" is pretty meh. The service here is fantastic. My only complaint would be that they don't explain the "questionof the month". They just assume that you know that the answer is how they say when your food is ready. It's unique and fun, butit is also confusing since people don't typically listen for the name of their favorite actor or the name of their favorite highschool teacher. Read more

2nd time around different location same result! First time visited this place was in Birmingham AL. Was deciding where to go... eat while on a mini vacation wife found this and you already know it was a GO!! What can you say about a biscuit made fromscratch where the gravy is excellent orange juice taste like you just ate a perfect orange on a hot summer day, and the sausagePattie?s tasting like maple ????. Decided to try this place out for our monthly Ladies Brunch. Cute little place! Coffee was yummy, but the chicken biscuit was... fantastic! Seems to be hand breaded, which is rare these days!
