Krystal at the drive thru was very nice,pleasant, and patient. She made the experience worth the wait.
There were only 3 employees so the wait was a little long. However, everything was fresh and delicious. The cashier was less... than desirable. She asked if our order was for here or to go.... I answered her and gave our order. She never looked at me orentered anything into the register. Then she blinked rapidly and said "what?". The lights were on and the drive through sign was off so we pulled into a spot, in the pouring rain, and attempted to go in. The... doors were locked. Then we noticed the drive through actually was open. When we got our order in we heard our total but when wegot up to the window it had doubled. We tried to order something cheaper from the menu but they told us it was a promotion thatdidn't start until the next morning, even though it didn't say that anywhere. They seemed very frantic even though there weren'tmany customers at all. The food was as expected and really greasy. I hadn't been to a Long John Silver's in years but had a hunger for fish. It was about the same as I remembered it. The food was... hot and it was tasty. It is what it is, and it isn't high end seafood restaurant but it was decent. The staff were veryfriendly and seemed to be working well together. Read more
I had good service and the food was surprisingly good, the grilled salmon was somewhat bland but well cooked. The sides were... delicious. The place is old and could use an update. Most people were there because of an all you can eat deal. The dining roomwas very loud. I would return. Read more
We love Long John's, why are there so few around now? My meal is always fresh here, and the fish is great!
