So I always order ahead to save time... I ordered online today, arrived at the time the order was scheduled, then waited there... for 45+ minutes. Pizza took an hour to get and they started locking us inside the building. All the worked were stoned and didnt have a clue what... was going on. Been here 45 minutes to get 4 hot and ready thin crust pepperoni pizzas and 2 crazy breads. We got 2 pizzas about 20 minutes... ago and we're still waiting on the other items. Can't wait to get home and eat some cold pizza that has been sitting in the carwaiting for the rest. Who does that? Who gives you part of your food order and makes you sit and wait for the rest?????? It's okay I guess. They over cook the pizza and their automated system puts in stuff you don't want because it don't understand... you so you end up calling them anyway. We usually pick it up since it's right down the road and to avoid delivery charges butthere's 2-3+ people in there but it takes them forever to take care of 1. Recently went to get a pizza through the drive-through at 11:09. They had just opened. Guy said they were only doing online... orders. Told him could not get my order placed correctly on line. Said they were doing 20 pizzas and would be over a 30 minutewait. Did not offer any other way of getting a simple pepperoni pizza, light sauce and extra cheese places. This place has beengoing down hill pretty fast. Not sure of lack of help or just the workers are lazy. Read more

I just want to share my experience. I was only going to give this 2 stars, because when I pulled up to the window I seen what... looked like people who didn't even work there behind the counter (maybe friends of employees) hanging out, okay no biggie. Ialso noticed an employee outside hanging around a car as I was told to park to wait on my order. I waited over 30 minutes, butwhat changed my star rating was the young man who took my order in the window was very friendly. When he did bring my order itwas not correct, but with a sense of urgency he went back to check on mine. He updated me multiple times while my order wasbeing prepared. He went above and beyond with his communication skills. I will say while he was doing that, the whole entirestaff was hanging out the door talking to 2 young females.
