Staff doesn't work as a team, no communication going on except yelling and blaming each other. Bad look with a lobby of people... waiting on food. What food did come out wasn't getting cut, boxed, and sent out. Management fail. They were throwing awaypizzas that were burning and tossing hot pizza directly into the garbage. Safety issue. All the thumbs down on how this isran. Also, laying ON the boxes and texting. That's real sanitary. ???? Some random guy named Jamal came waltzing in in plainclothes and went to the back. Today was the worst service I had ever gotten, placed my order only 30 mins before showed up to pick it up and it wasn't ready,... all employees of shift where screaming and kicking stuff off the floor there was 6 people beside me waiting for food for ever...all those teenagers where a mess and my pizza was the worst I had ever gotten. After my visit to store 001400?00002 on Western Ave. I have never seen a more incompetent and unprofessional bunch of employees... in my life. I sent my sons in to get a thin crust pepperoni and a three meat pizza and crazy bread. They came home with a burntthin crust, supreme, and cold crazy bread. I called and let them know that they gave us the wrong pizza. A Female employeeanswered the phone and then with the worst attitude possible, said ?are you going to come back and get it?? I took the pizza andreturned. I re-ordered a crazy bread and was waiting for 30 minutes. There were numerous customers in there who were waitingbefore my sons even left the first time. The gentleman ahead of me got his crazy bread and I was left standing there. Theemployee named Kevin asked if I was still waiting on it and I said yes. He proceeds to go over and get it ready and then tellsme it wasn?t done yet and he had to put it back in the oven. I had been waiting long enough. I requested my money back. I wasnot the only customer to do this in a 30-45 minute window. This was also after a male employee went to get his check cashedwhile there were people waiting. His statement as he was walking out was, ?There ain?t nothing in the oven.? There was at least4 people waiting on food. The female employee was on her phone texting. Her and the younger male employee were also talkingabout things that shouldn?t be discussed at work. I understand being short staffed and having to wait. I would never complainabout that as I am in the customer service industry as well. However, I do have a problem with employees giving customersattitude and grief because they just want their correct order and you?re not doing your job properly. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with half sausage waited 40 minutes for my pizza just to get half pepperoni and half bread stick... cheese pizza. Long waits and wrong orders have been an ongoing issue for a long time they need better management and training.Just don't go here. Read more
