Multiple people came in after me and got there delivery order before me
Worst service I have ever experienced. They had the rudest staff. I went up to the counter and ordered 6 pizzas. The lady began... complaining to other staff member in front of me because she appalled she had to make 6 pizzas (it?s not like that is part ofthe job). And she threw my receipt at me. And when I got my pizzas she told me to hurry up and grab them from her. I told herthat I am so sorry that you have to do your job. And that right there is why they did not get a tip at all. Why do they have a tip jar at Little Caesars? With the cashier using profanity about a phonecall. Employee said she would have... hung up on they @ss if it were her. Then had the audacity to complain about me not tipping enough. Never ever go here. Read more
I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of your employees that worked tonight (Sunday 6/26)! I work in retail so I... understand being understaffed and having customers breathing down your neck! There were 5 employees working and in the 20minutes I was there I never saw less than 8 customers in there (and some not too pleasant)!! Your employees kept their cool andkeep on trucking along and we?re still NICE! I think Sarah helped me at the register! We were traveling and wanted to have a quick dinner. Near by some food joints were out of my options. Had quickly walk in at... 9.30 pm on Thursday night. I gave my order and voila it is ready in 5 mins. Great service , there is no dine in space , but thestore is for quick grab and less interaction if you ordered through mobile. Pizza is ok. Definitely not hot. How does one forget to cut a pizza, though? Mushroom pizza is uncut. I definitely did not... request an uncut pizza, as I do not own a pizza cutter. Guess it?s time to absolutely butcher a pizza with a steak knife. Read more
After putting my order in and realizing the app put my old store instead of the closest to my new address. I called the store... with no answer, I called them 5 more times. Two times letting it sit there for ten minutes each. One time someone picked up andhung up.. I ended up having to call customer service. Read more
