The food was disappointing. Tasted old and under seasoned. I am a long time fan of little caesars pizza (35+ years) but this... did not tast right.. They rudly informed me that all business is to go through the drive through (I have never pickedup pizzain a drivethrough before). I ordered online and thought it would be easier for me and then for me to pick my pizza up at thepizza portal. They told me there was only 2 of them working. That's not my fault. Read more
Ordered delivery. It was delivered 20 mins after the delivery time. Not a big deal. However, the driver called while on his... way to let us know our wings, which we WERE charged for, were not with the order because the restaurant was out of wings. Hetold us we would need to contact door dash about the error. Since we ordered delivery directly through little Caesars, theorder did not go through my door dash account. I called the number on my receipt, several times. Never got an answer, justhold music. So I contacted them through email and no response there either. Great customer service!. If I could rate a negative star review, I would!! Pizzas are never ready, call ahead orders are never ready. Employees are... either playing on their phones or gossiping. So I ordered my pizzas through delivery. When I brought them into the house I received 3 random pizzas, was nothing like my... order. I waited this late to see if the comment I placed online would reach someone's phone . Nothing I left my messages aboutthe problem and nothing . I will no longer use the online app ! At least if I go pick up my pizzas I will know what's in the box. You would think they would look into two different people not getting what they ordered. UPDATE went into the store and voicedmy opinion about the complaint online . The NEW management refunded my money and got the new order perfect . I have come here during busy times, and during slow times. They never have any pizzas prepared. I don?t understand how that?s a... critical part of your business, and you can?t have pizzas ?hot and ready?. Went By there today and apparently they are closed but they are letting other people in the door to get pizza but wouldn't let... me in to order a pizza, dont know why they are doing this , im still outside and they are opening the door for some people. I spent an hour in the drive through because the lobby was locked 2 hours before close. We pulled forward to wait for our... Hawaiian deep dish and sat for 10 min before anyone told us they had ran out of ingredients for it. So I payed for the mostexpensive pizza and extra sauces that I didn't receive. Not to mention the veggie deep dish I got in its place was extremelyuncooked once we finally got it.... it was an overall not good experience to say the least.
