Pick a different store! When I ordered they weren't that busy and the cashier told me what I ordered was already hot and ready... and that I wouldn't have to wait (which was the whole point of coming to little Caesars). After he took my money he went to theback and started working on a large order that came in. Didn't say anything to me before he went back. I sat there and waitedfor a half hour before anyone came back to the front. He forgot what my order was so I reminded him and he gave me a burntpizza, burnt cheesy bread, and I got a crazy sauce and it was empty. Like literally it looked like somebody's leftovers it had asmear of sauce at the bottom. Stay away. Read more
Don't bother ordering ahead. The staff there doesn't know how to manage time. I placed my order at 5:27pm for pickup at... 5:45-5:50pm. Nothing huge just two basic pizzas and two orders of crazy bread. When my husband got there at almost 6, theyhadn't even started the crazy bread. Now if they were busy I would understand, but they weren't busy at all. There is no excusefor missing deadlines. And on top of that, raising the prices. I won't go back. Read more
Attempted to pull in while employees stood in the parking lot talking to someone in a black pt cruiser blocking the parking lot... when we did park an employee walked into the store I asked for a cheese pizza and was told they didn?t have any cooked becauseit was slow but they had pepperoni(didn?t even offer to bake a cheese pizza this was at about 2 pm so it wasnt like they wereshutting down for the night). The new thin crust pepperoni pizza was awesome!! But the customer service was deplorable! First of all the app tells you when... your pizza is ready and it instructs you to come inside and get into the little slots or whatever that are designated for youwith your name and gives you even a code or a PIN number to unlock the portal. Well the front door was locked so adjustmentsneed to be made to the app instructing customers to do that if it's not going to operate according to what it's telling itscustomers. I do understand that some programs don't allow you to make those adjustments and that's fine. And it would have beenall right if once I drove around the building and drove up to the drive-thru window if I hadn't had to sit there for 10 minuteswith multiple people employees walking by passing by the window knowing I was sitting there and didn't even offer to help me! Imean my pizza was ready for goodness sakes and I'm just sitting there!! It was already paid for as well as I had prepaid for iton the app! Finally a young man paints the window and gave me my pizza after I spoke loudly enough to my daughter to where theycan hear me about how I couldn't believe that they were just leaving us sitting there! The young man who handed us our pizza hada major attitude basically gave a little shove of the pizza into my hands and immediately turned around and walked off after Ireceived my pizza and said thank you. He didn't thank me or anything else I guess he was aggravated that he heard that I wascomplaining. But there was only one other customer waiting in the parking lot and myself and they literally only had to open upthe little door pull out my pizza and hand it to me. I found it pretty appalling ! The pizza and cheese bread were good but my problem was with the order process. I went to the website but after going through... all the steps to order, the payment process said try again later! What? Then I used the old fashioned phone and it put me onhold for 9 minutes before they answered. If my wife was not expecting that food I would have gone elsewhere. Read more
If you like burned pizza this is your SPOT! I wouldn?t have left a review if they would have answer the phone. Called multiple... times and left it on speaker while watching TV to see how long they could go without answering. They never answered. Told me tomove forward for a fresh pizza? if this is fresh I want to see old lol Read more
Had to wait about 5 min but the pizza was hot and fresh it tasted awsome. So a few minutes wait is well worth it. Will... definitely be back again soon... Read more
