Second time I've been in there early in the day and the front gets totally ignored. The young man that comes from the back to... help the drive thru looks at you like he's definitely NOT happy to see you there and the girl in the drive thru also ignores thefront. I finally left. There was no " Hi, be with you in a minute". Nothing. If you are going to ignore the front why notshut it down like it was WAY past COVID being a crucial issue. Read more
As much as I wanted the new side chiks to be good, I mean I really did the batter was way way too thick about break your teeth... thick and the chicken inside was dry and the texture of melted styrofoam inedible. The drive through cashier was not friendly at all and it was like it took time out of their day to wait on me and it takes me 20... minutes to get my food. When there nobody else in line they tell you to pull up. Read more
Cold food and no number to speak with anyone. Got 12 Krystal's with cheese that were so old the edges of the burgers were dry... and the buns were crunchy. The best part, the soggy part of the fresh bun was nearly soot colored from sitting so long. Gave anew meaning to hold till it's sold ???? our cheese wouldn't even melt. So sad as it's my favorite place to eat. Read more

After going to a different Krystal and getting pathetic service, I drove to this one. What a difference! I was the first order... of the day and I ordered quite a bit of food. I received my food hot, received all my condiments and it was served with a smileand a great attitude! Brittney took care of us and she needs to go to the other stores in Knoxville and train them on whatcustomer service is. She is a gem and should be recognized if her upper management is competent.
