Went around midnight, surprisingly fast service compared what I'm used to at this location. Ordered sliders, they were good.... Wanted chili cheese fries but told they don't have enough chili. Got chili cheese pups and the buns were hard as a rock. Notsure what happened there. Wish they let me know and I would have Ordered something else. Overall meh. Read more
These people are awesome, yes sometimes the line is backed up, But I think whoever was the manager at 1 AM Sunday morning July... 24 was the most awesome person I?d ever met. Kindness, caring, and human compassion for a person they didn?t even know. Tonight we ordered Krystal?s. I ordered the chicken and got home which is 0.3 miles away and I can?t even eat them they are cold... and hard as hell with one little tiny dab of Mayo! You guys absolutely need new people in there that know how to cook andoperate a restaurant. If you don?t know how to do these things please go find another job. I usually order the breakfast bowl three times a week if not more. I decided to stop at a different location and was sorely... disappointed. I got half a bowl of what looked like leftovers. The bacon tasted dry & old, the eggs looked like remnants of eggsleftover from someone else?s order & cheese thrown on top as if to cover up such an embarrassing display. Completely botched my order, drove back across town with receipt, wouldn't give me my money back even though I paid cash. Then... gave me back wrong receipt, lied about it, tried to reprint another one with a different time of purchase, then finally found myoriginal receipt without refunding me and told me I was "rude".
