Been twice in the past couple of weeks. Came at 7:30 after the game and it was closed. 7:30 on a Saturday night and it's... completely closed. Came again today at 5:00 and the dining room is closed. Drive thru only. Over it! Left and went to BurgerKing. Your loss! Read more
Now we know why they are always dead. Service is terrible and the keep getting orders wrong. Management is rude. Sat in line for... 30 mins before leaving alone with 3 other cars that sat for that time or more. They also had 2 employees fooling around in thetrash area. Girl with black hair and a guy with a beard. The were holding hands and she was wearing pants that should not beworn in a restaurant. I understand it isn't the employees working but a being understaffed issues but having two employees run the store by themselves... and paying then probably 10-15 a hour should be considered abuse and they ( corporate/ owner / General manager/ regionalmanager) should understand that's why they only have two employees if your getting a grub hub or door dash or Uber eats orpicking up a delivery order from here I hooked it's worth the 30-40 minute wait and I hope they get some more employees beforethe 2 they have quit Read more
This was one of the worst visits. I didn?t get to order because they?re was no one I. The store and they?re were people in the... drive through that came in asking where the employees were. I was in there for a good 20 minutes before I left. As I am leavingtwo employees were outside. One of those employees should have been inside taking care of the customers who wanted to orderfood. Horrible Krystal's! Can't go inside because the lobby is closed. Waited in the drive thru line forever. Then got to the menu to... order and I guess something doesn't work because they immediately asked me to pull around to the window. Finally get to orderand they have no Krystals ready and told me I'd have to wait 10mins so I order the chicks instead and boy did I regret that. Thechicken was hard as a rock on the outside and had huge chunks or fat on the inside. Very greasy and very gross. I threw the foodaway and went somewhere else.
