I highly recommend going anywhere else for your food. My husband and I *attempted* to place an order, but we had questions. The... "manager" was rude, short, and refused *us* service because she and "the other manager" didn't like the way my husband wasasking questions- in a direct manner instead of putting his sweetest pretty please voice on. I asked to take over the orderprocess, and they refused to speak to me. They threatened to call the police for us sitting in the parking lot... As weattempted to gather information to file a corporate complaint and figure out where to go to feed our three hungry children inthe car. And apparently when the customer at the window tried to ask what was going on, they yelled at him, too. No food, andespecially no Krystal, is worth that. Read more
This asks if I want to post "publicly". More appropriately for this situation would be "pubicly". We ordered through DoorDash... and were delivered a extra special ingredient. A big 'ol pube included with the chili chees fries. It is a given that whenanyone orders food there is the chance you will ingest something extra and unwanted but you always hope you won't see the proof. That someone has worked their balls off to make the food is appreciated until the "proof ends up in the pudding". Yuck! Read more
Krystals has changed up their food! The quality of the chicken on the chicks has gone up tremendously. The French fries are also... better with a crunchy texture on them. So yeah, Krystal's now gets my vote of confidence again Read more
I grew up in NJ and this is my first time experiencing a Krystal. I'm used to White Castle and although the menu is not as vast... as WC, it was just as good. The only reason I gave it 4 star was because my boyfriend got a bit sick. Read more
Bad good, bad service. They got our order wrong and the place stank. I don't necessarily blame the employees, but the owners and... managers. The workers are making minimum wage and enduring horrible conditions. I drove by this Krystal in 2005 when it wasliterally burning down to the ground (as result of a grease fire in the kitchen). They never should have rebuilt it. Read more
By far the worst experience ever. I asked for fresh food and this is what I got. I have a pork allergy and they just kept... saying they made it fresh. On top of that my tots was burnt and extra greasy. When I took the food back in the older lady had anattitude. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. Read more
Very clean and fresh food. "Dean" is very professional and courteous..More restaurants need to learn from this one! Fast or... slow, food is food and customer service needs work these days. This is prob the best Krystal East of Mississippi! All theemployees were great. Read more
I have never eaten here so when it said open 24hrs on Google maps I was excited to try it while working late. Someone else... seemed to have the same idea so it was promising when the car in front of me also pulled in. However we both drove awaydisappointed ????. Would love to try again though! Read more
