I got the tonkotsu ramen and it was superb. Incredibly flavorful, had the perfect level of spice, all the flavors mixed... perfectly. Went during grand opening so they didn't have everything on the menu quite yet. Their prices are good and the sushi is good for... the price. The food overall was pretty good--broiled mussels were cooked well but next time I'll order w/o the cheese. Freshrolls had good ingredients though cucumber was two large "logs" rather than julienne so it was a strange texture. Sushi roll wastasty. Sashimi was fresh though the texture seemed a little tiny bit gummy--didn't effect the flavor at all, so I'd get itagain. Overall a very good experience and I'll be back to try more! Read more
