They do not care about their customers even *slightly* at this store. I placed an online order an hour before the store closed... per the time stated on their website. They accepted my order and took my money. I showed up six minutes after the order time andwas told the store was closed, that they wouldn't give me my food, that they wouldn't give me my money back and that it was myresponsibility to get it back from the website, that they didn't care that the hours were on the website were wrong and that itwas not *their* responsibility to tell anyone to change it -- and it took NINE WHOLE DAYS AND FILING A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDITCARD COMPANY to even get them to start returning my money. Think I got an apology or even a reply of any kind beyond that?Nope. Think they've corrected their hours on their website even now? Of course not. They could not care any less. Absolute worst KFC there is around. The biscuits are not done whatsoever the macaroni is so overly done that it has turned into... mush my chicken was not even hot at all. BRANDY AND ASHLEY DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB AT THIS LOCATION. I COMMEND THEM ON THEIR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND GOING ABOVE AND... BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT THEY BE APPOINTED TO A POSITION WHERE THEY COULD TRAIN AND SHOW SUCH SKILLS TO OTHEREMPLOYEES IN ORDER TO HELP ENSURE THE TYPE OF SATISFACTION THAT A CUSTOMER EXPECTS AND APPRECIATES. THE FOOD WAS EXACTLY WHAT IWAS EXPECTING AND TASTED GREAT. THESE TWO EMPLOYEES ARE THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE FAST FOOD INDUSTRY. Totally inept manager was cussing employees and lied about having my order of pot pies in the oven. I had ordered online in app... and food wasn't ready 20 minutes later when i arrived and was told it would be 15 minutes then after an employee walked out themanager told me the pot pies were in the oven then 15 minutes later told me it would be 15 minutes on the pot pies. Couldn't geta refund because I ordered through the app so had to wait at the store 30 minutes for my order that should have been ready whenI arrived. Read more

Every single time I go here they are out of whatever I order. If I want chicken they are out 25 min wait or longer if I want a... pot pie 25 min wait or longer. It's gotten to the point where I won't even go to this KFC anymore. Beware of this location.
