It was just a no. I didn't finish my food and my drink didn't have syrup.???? They gave me a dark drink with no syrup ????... beyond disappointing cause I also had cookies I didn't get. And the freaking Mac & cheese isn't baked???? Read more
The employees here are trying, but they are clearly understaffed and disorganized. Our family.of four dined in the dining room,... but the registers were closed and fountain drinks unavailable. They had to take our order at the drive-thru register, so we hadto wait for a drive-thru order to finish. We ordered, but only 3 meals came out with no drinks. We had to remind them what ourdrink orders were. As we were eating we noticed the dining room was full of flies, making it hard to enjoy eating. I placed a mobile order and they had it ready in a matter of minutes. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing and the customer... service was fantastic! This location has improved a lot over the last few months! I did have a small issue with my order butthey replaced it without any issues and were so nice about it. Read more
