DO NOT GO HERE! Waited 20 minutes just to order and they made us wait another 20 minutes at the window and they still didn't get... our order right! Told us it would be another 10 minutes to make biscuits. why aren't these already prepared but whatever. Gothome and was missing sides and it looked like the chicken was thrown on the ground and stomped on before going in the box. Iwill NEVER go back to this nasty restaurant again. I went through the drive-thru. I asked for a 3 piece big box the lady rang up a 2 piece then I told her that I wanted the 3... piece and she proceeded to argue with me. Now I purposely waited a couple days to make this post so I was thinking with a clearhead. But why argue with the customer especially when it's to the restaurant's advantage. I'm not trying to get free stuff and Ifeel like that's where she was going with that interaction!! Read more
This is a great store to avoid. I waited 24 minutes for 2 regular meals. There were 5 people working, the dining room was empty... and I only saw 4 cars go through the drive thru. It wasn't a staffing issue. I ordered one meal crispy and the other original,but got all original. One or the sides was also missing. I was patient, and they kept asking each other what I was waiting for.I finally got the two, regular menu item meals which, again were incorrect. Now I know why there weren't hardly any othercustomers. I hope that they can benefit from this input because, when the food and service is good, I like KFC. Read more
Will never go back again. Had a pot pie that was so so. The rest of the order was terrible! Had a Famous Bowel that was filled... with cold mashed potatoes, a tablespoon of corn and no chicken bites just hard breading. The Mac and Cheese Bowel had no chickenbites just hard breading also. The chicken breast was very greasy and unable to eat. Tried to call store to let them know butthey don't answer the phone. That is the last $28.00 they take from me. Read more
We waited 7 minutes for our food which we agreed to do and was fine with it. The service was lacking we waited at the speaker... for about 3 minutes before we got to put in our order even though it was late and not busy. All of that wouldn't have reallymattered to me if I wasn't so disappointed by the fact they messed up our order. They forgot biscuits and the mashed potatoes.Still got Mac and cheese but, to top it off they had also forgot to give us any utensils to eat it with. So after waiting allthat time for our food and not being bothered by the slow service we ended up short on food and nothing to eat our food with. Read more
This place definitely needs some work. The food I ordered took 25 minutes. The chicken had an greasy yet dry consistency. The... biscuits were uncooked in the center. The dining room was filthy, no napkins, every table dirty and a greasy floor. A child ofone of the workers was running around, grabbing onto people, following them into the bathrooms, and talking to strangers. Thenight shift manager needs to get a grip. Read more
I don't understand the low star reviews. I went here and had a pretty large order for an entire family. Was it instant? NO. Did... they mess up my order? NO. Would I come back? ABSOLUTELY. Give how short staffed they are in todays climate, I think they did anoutstanding job. Read more
