My husband goes to this KFC all the time to get to jumbo popcorn chicken he decided he wanted them again today and I wanted to... try the new Mac and Cheese Bowl we went there right before 11:00 had to run a few errands after we got our order so we didn'tget home till 12:00 p.m. get home to find out that they just gave me a regular bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy I brought thereceipt back to them told them that I was supposed to get a mac and cheese Bowl and instead they gave me a mashed potato bowlwith chicken in it my husband always gets a simple order of the two Jumbo chicken I guess having something more complicated thanthat is unable to be done will not go back to this KFC Read more
My experience was traumatic, to say the least. As I sat by the drive-thru menu, it smelled so badly. It literally smelled like... diarrhea. That should have been my red flag, but I was extremely hungry. The service was fast, so I was pleased with that. Otherthan the flat tone I received from the man in the window. I am very big on customer service,because I was once in the sameposition, and I know what customer's expectations are. We get home, and the chicken looked old and depressing. I started with myfries, and ICK. They were cold and just not good. I left them where they were. The Mac and cheese was alright. Pretty typical.But that chicken was DISGUSTING. I ate it anyway, since I paid $30 for it. I felt myself trying to throw it back up, but I justkept eating. The biscuit was good, but I couldn't finish it because I literally had to run to the restroom to puke it all up. Iwas sick for the entire night. Jeeze. I guess that was self-induced. Nonetheless, very disappointing. The Mountain Dew wasdelicious, though. Best thing on the menu. Probably going to stay away from KFC from here on out. Read more

Completely disgusting misuse of the Nashville Hot flavoring. At no time should there be a reason to pour a lake of grease on top... of my food. Slow service and all my food was cold. In totality this was a poor experience. Read more
I?ve been at this location multiple times and the chicken is always good, the fries are pretty good but today the fries tasted... like literal garbage. What?s even worse is there was a 3 minute wait for fries that aren?t even hot. My friend said it?sprobably the grease that they used, so we turned around, went back and told them and received hot fries that tasted the exactsame. I am so sad cause that was disgusting, they had no problem giving me new fries, it?s the fact that they gave me the samething but hot???????????. This location is clean and has plenty of tables. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. However, food seemed to have been... reheated many times before it was served to us. Chicken was dry and some parts were overcooked. Mashed potatoes and biscuitswere good. This location has outdoor seating available. Read more
