My husband picked up the chicken and brought it at home, it was a 8-piece chicken with no thighs. I pick it up and it looked... half done. I returned it to KFC explain to them that the flower on it was white it did not look done. They proceeded to give memore chicken and before I left the window I looked at it and it looked the same way so I had them to return my money. Each timewe went to KFC on magnolia there's been a problem I asked him for no thighs and get home there's no breasts they've given methighs for breast it's always been a problem I won't be going to that one. I ordered the "Mac 'N' Cheese" bowl, was happy with the macaroni, but to be honest the chicken bites in the meal were over-done.... Sweet tea was good, fries as well. Wouldn't give it a 5 star review, seems they need more people that have a better attitude sothey can be happier about their place of business. Energy was destitute. Will go back though beings the employees were nice. Cantell they need more lively individuals to bring up morale. And for a side note the drink machine was out due to the public overabusing the ability to get refills as they were just walking in and using it without at least one payment being transacted. Worst kfc I have ever been to. The soda fountain machines in the dining area didnt even work the guys behind the counter were... slow and rude. The food took forever to be made and then it sat there and we were forgot about and didnt receive the chickenordered until about 30 minutes after the cashier took the order and it was cold and honestly was like it sat there all day. Idont know what the hell is going on in this location but this is absolutely the worst fast food chain location experience I haveever witnessed. I cant believe they are even allowed to operate. One of the staff members even explained to another patron thatthe fryers dont get cleaned and that's why the chicken he ordered tasted bad. The health department and the company need to stepin and either put people who are actually capable of a very basic job or shut this store down. Read more
Didn't have the product I'd ordered online (sweet tea bag), the cashier was incredibly rude and told me "to request a refund... through the app yourself". I also was given the wrong sauces (I paid for KFC sauce and got none), no utensils, 1 straw for our 3drinks. The food itself was fine, but the service needs a lot of work. Read more
