Came in on October 29 at 1 am, the line was crazy but the team did a fantastic job of staying calm and collected despite... multiple drunk and rowdy customers. The team deserves a raise. Whatever woman works at 2:30 on a Friday deserves to be fired. We went in to simply check on our friend at 2:20 am (they close... at 4 am) and were met with rude words and inappropriate comments. We weren't even trying to order but were verbally yelled atand felt extremely uncomfortable to simply check on our friend. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Read more
The cashier who has all black hair, nails, and a black nose ring is probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered at any... establishment. She treated my girlfriend and I like we were children because she would not say a full sentence and was veryconfusing. For example instead of saying ?are you a rewards member?? she looked at me and just said ?reward??, what does thateven mean. When my girlfriend was ordering she started huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes, and putting her face in her handseven though it was a simple order. She also wigged out when my girlfriend asked to have mustard on her sandwich. This isabsolutely appalling. I get that it?s a jimmy John?s on the strip, and I wasn?t expecting to have the floor I walk on kissed butshe basically went out of her way to be as rude as can be. Read more
Ordered food for delivery at midnight. After waiting 2.5 hours and tried calling multiple times. I assumed that I would not be... receiving my delivery. I noticed that they had refunded me my money but nobody ever called to tell me that they were unable tofulfill my order. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Cashier was incredibly rude. Food was made INCORRECTLY. Wouldn't even make a sandwich into a regular wrap even though other... Jimmy Johns have no issue doing so. I would avoid this place. There's better sandwich shops with nicer employees. Read more
I would not order again. I placed an order over an hour in advance for delivery and planned the delivery 15 minutes prior to the... start of a meeting. 15 minutes before the delivery time I contacted the store to get the status of the order as it did not showas being out for delivery yet and was told it had just gone out with a driver. 25 minutes later and after the delivery time Icontacted the store again to be told that it had not gone out with the original driver and had in fact just gone out 8 minutesago with a different driver. The order was finally delivered 20 minutes late, after the meeting started and the General Manager,Glen, was not helpful at all. He repeatedly said he was doing the best he could, but I am also trying to do a job which includedordering lunch. Read more
Good subs on the strip. My 9 year old loved it and also like the shown photos in the restrooms, pose away.
It took my "freaky fast" order almost 2 hours. I called and said that was not acceptable customer service, and they did nothing... but defend it and say they can't help it. I suggested they at least update or warn people when they aren't going to get theirorders in time, and she said they are too busy for that. I suggested not taking orders you can't accommodate, and she basicallyhung up. Did not offer any form of credit or rectification. Avoid this business. Read more
