I have tried this Jimmy Johns location twice. One time my office wanted to order for lunch and get delivery. The lady we spoke... to said yes they delivered to us so I got everyone?s order and when I called back a different lady said no they didn?t andpretty much was like I don?t know who you talked to but they don?t know what they?re talking about. Bad managerial skills to saythe least. Today I tried again and drove there myself Low and behold when I drive up employees are outside smoking but I wastold that they were out of bread!!!! Will NEVER eat at any Jimmy John's again. Ordered takeout online about 2 months ago, the money was immediately taken out of my... account. When I arrived at the store for pick up a lady informed me that they are closing early due to staffing. That's fine andall but when I asked for a refund she stated she couldn't give me one and i needed to contact the district manager. My husbandcontacted him (I believe his name is Jordan) and he stated he would "make things right" and give us back our money for food wenever even received. We'll, two months and several voice-mails later we have yet to receive a refund. Read more
Worst service ever. Used drive through. No screen to confirm order. Employee did not repeat back. Took CC and charged without... even telling me amount. GOT ENTIRE ORDER WRONG Did not "hear"'the order she said but did not bother repeating it. First missedthe extra bag of chips then got the wrong sandwich. I was at window for over 15 minutes trying to get this corrected. When Iasked to speak with supervisor but she had the worst attitude and said when I suggested repeating order back, she said she wasthe only one there training and literally looked at me to say "I do not care". Will not be back at this location and if this ishow all JJ Johns are now, will find another restaurant. Read more
I ordered a #12 from door dash. Jimmy johns called and said they didn?t have wheat bread and it would be an hour. An hour and 15... minutes goes by so i try to call 3 times and nobody answered. Finally someone called back and said they still didn?t have wheatbread but it would be here in a couple minutes on regular bread. Finally after almost 2 hours from ordering my sandwich came butliterally was disgusting. There was barely any turkey and it looked like the avocado was wiped off and didn?t have cucumbers.This cost me almost 30 dollars and I?m really upset with the service and quality of food i paid for. 9/23/22 - I have been craving a classic deli sandwich since watching someone else eat one on a TV show so I decided to indulge... myself today with a footlong Club Lulu. Now I haven't been to a Jimmy John's in years, during a comic convention in Lexington,KY I think. And then I remembered why... no one can afford it! Staff was fantastic, food was just as I remember, & store wasclean beside some sigange laying around. But ~$19 for two sandwiches, cheese being extra, will make this trip a lacking as mymemory. Maybe if they had as many coupon mail flyers as Subway or better offers than %10-20 off your order more people wouldstop by. Read more
The service was great, the food tasted fresh, and the store was clean. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Honestly I haven't... had JJ's in years. I would get two sandwiches a day, three times a week. However, tastes change. I smoked cigarettes for 18years and stopped last November. I find my taste buds are changing as it gets further away. If there was a more comprehensivestar rating system that let you rank different aspects... You'd probably have a 4.5 from me. Read more
On 8-11 my wife ordered a couple of sandwiches online around 5:20 pm. When I got there just past 6:00, I saw a sign taped to... their window that they actually close at 4 pm. I called the store and after a couple tries I was able to talk to an employee whoexplained that they?re short staffed and can?t stay open any later than 4:00 pm. I completely understand being short staffed, but I don?t understand selling someone a sandwich that won?t get made. It?s like I bought pretend sandwiches! Through no fault of theirs, there were no heated sandwich options. There was nothing special about the cold sandwich. For... example, you can bite into a filet o fish and you can bite into a whopper, you can be blindfolded and know. Nothing about thesandwich had a stamp on it. The sandwich wad expensive for what you get. Two of us, 6" sandwiches, chips and a drink, was over$20. The soda machine kicked out diluted soda, all of them were like that. The place in general was clean, the people there werenice, the food needs some work. Put a brand on it. Read more
