Placed a delivery order on 8/29. After an hour, called to check status and spoke with the general manager, Valente ?Symba?... Burns, who apologized and stated I would not be charged for the late meal. Food showed up after an hour and a half and thedelivery driver forgot my drink and said ?I forgot it. I will be right back? and never showed. JJ still processed my card forthe incomplete meal. After calling the store and speaking to Symba again on 8/31, he said he would have to email the areamanager, Matt Ward, to issue the refund. I waited another 8 days and still no refund to find out on 9/8 it was never processedby Matt. Finally received an email from Matt on 9/12 with a ?confirmation message? showing that the refund had been processedand could take 3-5 days. Still waiting for the refund. Follow up emails were sent on 9/20 and 10/4 and I am now being ignored.JJ will not receive any further business from me. Read more

Do not visit this location. Stopped by during our roadtrip. Surprised to find the doors locked despite clearly being open. Drive... through service was lousy... staff clearly had no care or concern for customer service. Sandwich was served without napkins, etc. I then asked why the lobby was closed and told they were too short handed. 3... yes three employees working this tiny storeand they are incapable of performing even the most basic tasks. He said they normally need 6 (six) to 7... employees to run theshop. That is absolutely absurd!! This is the smallest JJ location I've been to and other locations run just fine with 3 (orsometimes fewer) employees behind the counter. Absolutely no reason for the lobby to be closed. Read more

Pretty terrible location with employees that could care less about customers or customer service. Drive thru prominent. Went... in to eat and waited 15 min for my sandwich to be made. All the while watching them behind the counter sling drive thru ordersand play around. No one working was over age 20. Told the cashier I wanted a refund and I?d go somewhere else that valued mybusiness they magically had my sandwich quickly made. Just avoid it?it?s an overpriced sandwich anyway. While a step up fromSubway, the wait and attitude drag the entire experience down. Spend your $10-15 elsewhere and get fuller on better food. Read more

Typically pretty great. My last sandwich was weird and so was the circumstances of me getting it. The worker apologized to me as... it was brought out, stating something about it being chaos. I don't fault them, though. This spot is super consistent usually, and this was just a hiccup. Read more

So I do appreciate the people who show up for work these days but if you?re going to show up at least make the food right that... you showed up to make. This was supposed to be a Turkey sandwich with lettuce and Mayo only- as you can see tomato, no Mayo andthey forgot half of the turkey. Pathetic. Read more
