Very slow. Customers coming in to place order before I received my online order which should've been waiting when I got here.... They received their food before me. This was my first visit at any Jimmy Johns? it was extremely disappointing. Maybe other locations are better, but, at this... location, the lady working by herself there only wanted to talk about how awful the company is. By far the worst Jimmy John?s store I?ve ever been to. First of all, there was me and one other person in the store that was in... front of me in line. With this being said, it should be fairly easy for the two employees on the job. It took 7+ minutes forthe two employees behind the counter to make the 16? sub for the girl in front of me and my 8? sub. Second of all, when Iwalked in the store the cashier was sitting on a chair behind the register slumped over the counter as if she hated her job andwas to lazy to stand. Third of all, there was a mop bucket full of water on the customer side of the counter right where youpick your food up, which is not sanitary. It?s like they were trying to get the store cleaned 30 minutes before closing time, sothey didn?t have anything to do when closing time comes. Fourth of all, a third person walked in after me and was so frustratedfrom waiting for her order to be taken that she stormed out the door frustrated. After the customer storms out, the employeemakes a negative comment regarding the customer not waiting after she had waited several minutes patiently. Last of all, Iasked for a cup of Jimmy peppers on the side and never got this. This is sad, because I used to work at Jimmy John?s corporatein Champaign, IL and I remember that there standards were way higher than this back in 2017 when I worked there. Read more
Yikes! I love Jimmy John's but this store needs some love! This was the last time I'll order from this store in particular, as... it seems to always be something! I live 6 minutes away from this store, but waited almost an hour for a soggy bacon sandwichwith cucumbers made for the compost pile, and a Dr. Pepper that tasted like bad water. Find another store in the area! Read more
Place is really, really small but sandwiches were good and they were fast for being as busy as they were!
Today I ordered via curbside pickup. Not only did they bring my food out within 5 minutes of me ordering they also threw in a... cookie and the guy that brought it out was sooo nice! I'm here constantly and this is why. Couldn't ask for better workers! Read more
