Was told dining room is closed. Was not allowed to go through drive thru and our work truck doesn't fit. If you cannot pay... employees enough to come to work that you deny service to paying people then you need to just shut the location down. Can'tafford to pay employees to show up but deny service to paying customers. Read more

TLDR: They promised to refund me after bad service, but instead charged me twice. Still no refund. I ordered lunch from here.... It took almost two hours to reach me. When I called to ask how much longer it would be, whoever I spoke to blamed me forordering during the lunch rush. The manager did reach out to me later, offering to void my order to refund me for the badservice, as well as offering me a free meal. It wasn't what I was after, but I accepted and thought that was that. Until I gothome that night and looked at my bank account. They didn't void the order. In fact, they charged me twice. Two separate chargesfor the exact same meal. I tried calling at 9:30, but nobody answered. Even though they close at 10. I called the next day, andspoke to a different manager. She said she was going to look into it and get back to me. I got an email showing something thatsaid void, but also right after that a balance due of the amount of my order. I called back to speak with her and was told"Check with your bank, I've done everything I can on my end." I still haven't gotten a refund, and am now out 30 dollarsbecause of their mistake. This has got to be the worst JJ in the system. This isn?t the first, second, or third time we?ve had an issue. I placed an order... through the app at 8:19pm on 7/25 for pickup inside by 9pm. My husband arrived to pick it up for me at 9:08 and the doors werelocked, which is fine. Just don?t leave it as an option online. He went through the drive thru to be greeted at the speaker by?Hello?? He proceeds to tell the person he is there to pick up and online order. After about a minute or two pause he says,?Pull up?. No conversation was had. The order wasn?t ready and was prepared when he arrived. He triple checked the order andseemed confused. Handed my husband and my husband said ?you have a great day!? The only reason I ordered from here is they werethe only thing open that late. We like the food, but everything else is going downhill. The most outrageous thing I?ve heard all day. It?s 8:20 pm and I just got off the phone with jimmy john?s in Farragut and for... the second time they are out of FREAKING BREAD!!!! Are you kidding me! Why did you guys open today if you knew you didn?t haveenough bread to make it through the day or closed 2 hours ago. Gonna ask me do I want lettuce wraps. ??????????????Wtf. I don?tusually choose jimmy john?s but I seen a commercial and thought I?d get it tonight. Won?t happen again. I?ll never order fromthat location again. Been a jimmy johns fan all my life, I lived in Charleston, IL where the original started but this is just sad and I tried to... give this one a chance. Barely any freebies on here. Bread doughy and unfinished. Nice staff, just slacking on the product. Read more
