Generally, good food! The atmosphere promises more than I experienced on the flavor profile. Appetizers interesting and... presented wonderfully but somewhat lacking in flavor (not enough seasoning). The same with the entrees which were good but couldhave been better. Their stuffed chicken was perfect but the sides, again, under seasoned. I was disappointed to hear that theydon’t serve espresso; I think they aspire for fine dining but the execution isn’t there yet. Flawless Manhattan andimpeccable service though. This was a gem of a find on a long roadtrip. The food was fresh, creative, delicious, and portioned well. The customer service... was outstanding. The general manager, Adam, really made the experience one we will cherish. His care and dedication made it feellike we were part of something special. This is an exceptional, caring restaurant with a brilliant chef and great food! We planto return to Knoxville just to dine here again. Read more
Hands down the best meal my wife and I have ever had. From the service to the food, everything was amazing! We started with the... smoked bologna sliders, then had their bolognese pasta. Our main courses were the Ribeye and the Braised Pork Osso Bucco. Wefinished the meal with the Panna Cotta with fresh berry compote. Our waitress was amazing, and the atmosphere comfortable. My girlfriend and I went for our anniversary because we'd been talking about going for years. I'm a fool for waiting so long.... The service, atmosphere, and aromas were outstanding. Excellent service. Healthy flavorful unique dishes. Flavorful Town food. Get the hush puppies, salad, shrimp. Seasonal menu... items. Charred pea and arugula salad, roasted bone marrow was amazing, scallion hushpuppies & BBQ onion applies, crispy potatowith salmon roe best thing ever. Everything about our experience here was exemplary. They accommodated us arriving a little late for our reservation, and despite... it being a Friday night we didn’t have to wait long for our food or drinks. Speaking of the drinks, the cocktails here areexcellent: the old-fashioned was particularly good. The food was just as good, if not better. The meat of the main courses wastender, slid right off the bone, and was complimented by fantastic sauces.
