We arrived shortly after a party of 17. The person who seated us neglected to tell us this so we could expect longer wait times... on food. I overheard her explaining to a server why another party left after being seated. I know they are short staffed so Iunderstood when it took awhile for our food to arrive. We were the only customers at the time. They only had one server and one cook. Eggs were way over cooked. The waitress never... offered refills and was very rude as we were leaving. She came out saying we ran her too death (which we definitely did not)most of her time was spent talking to the cook. We left little to no tip because it was very undeserving. We will not return tothis location. Read more
The renovation looks nice but the place was very smokey through out the dining room. I'm not sure if the air vent in the kitchen... area wasn't working. After leaving the restaurant our clothes smelled like smoke. Two reasons why I've given then 4 stars.Waitress was great and food was ok. Read more
The one star is credited to waitress & greeter only! Upon arrival was told a 20 min wait which turned into 30. Received drink... order shortly after ordering but waited another 30 min for food which came out at different intervals. Place could have beencleaner. Next to us, upon arrival, was a table full of dirty dishes & they were still there when we left & floors neededsweeping! None of my husbands food was warm, not even enough to melt the butter on his pancakes. I ordered crepes which were notwarm & looked like a train wreck on a plate! When I received the rest of my order it was nice & hot. I realize everyrestaurant/business has staffing issues but the staff you have should at least be competent in their specific job. But myBIGGEST peave is that a group of young people came in with their lap dog on a leash!! Not a service dog!! Any time someonewalked by them it barked which was very disturbing! I like dogs but they don't belong INSIDE a restaurant (unless service dogs)!There are plenty of restaurants that you can patronize that have outdoor seating for that purpose. Will scratch this location ofmy list for return visits. Read more
When we came through the door we thought it was a bit odd that you almost walk through the prep and kitchen area. Doesn't seem... very sanitary to me. It took forever to get our order, and when it did come it was cold, so while I was waiting to get my orderfor the second time, the sausage I had ordered was cold and I was out of coffee. Will not go back to this IHOP. Prices areoutrageous! Read more
Arrived at 9:00 AM on 07/19/2022. Placed our order immediately after we were sat. 45 minutes later the waitress tells us that... she doesn?t know what happened to our order and that she will be bringing the food out shortly. Every table around us that hadbeen sat after us had their food. I looked at the receipt she had laid on the table and the order looked to be just rung in,which she was blaming the cooks in the back. My mother said to me if one more table gets their food before us, we are walkingout. Sure enough, our waitress brings another table?s food out. As we got up the waitress asks us where we are going and mymother responds, ?We are leaving, we are tired of waiting.? The waitress responds, ?oh I was just about to bring out yourfood?!? My mom said forget it and told me to walk on out. As I walked by where the plates are sat under the heat lamps, our foodwas not up there. Our order still wasn?t done. She was straight up lying. This location has been recently renovated and updated. We went on a Sunday evening, and there was only one waitress so the wait... was pretty long. It seems like they are understaffed. The food was quite good, and the waitress was sweet, and understandablyflustered given the circumstances. She really did the best she could. Read more
