This place has been short handed for awhile now. But that's not even an issue to my family and I because employees like Brandon... makes it worth the wait. I visited IHOP this morning and Brandon was an all around superman. He not only seated us but took ourorder as well as brought out our food in a timely manner while serving 4-5 other tables. He always kept a smile on his face andwas never once rude. He continued to check on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I love his customer service as wellas his patience and character. This location has temporary hours (I assume because they cannot get people to work) from 6am to 6pm. Our waitress was also the... hostess and sat us immediately upon entering. She was able to get our drink order and food order within a reasonable amount oftime. The food tasted fairly good for IHOP and came out hot. For 2 adults and a child to dine it was $38.00 including tipwhich seems high for what we received. We also were disappointed by the lack of friendly customer service in the restaurant. I was here at 9:15 A M. , the patron count was low , service was fine , but not the regular staff. Received my order and it... must have been sitting in the window to long, because the food was just warm with the exception of the pancakes which were hot.I place the onus on the server who seemed to be a little slow. We had the one of the BEST dining experiences at this particular ihop. Highly recommended!!! MARY was our server and she was on... point with all of our orders (party of 8) always had our coffee full, and SO INCREDIBLY friendly. This makes all the differencewhen people take the time to take their family out and share a meal. Bravo for getting it right! our server Sam was very nice and patient, food was timely and soooo good. not a lot of vegetarian options but thats just a... traditional aspect lol. very clean and the lighting was nice. i got the Nuts and Oats pancake plate, my boyfriend got theregular pancake combo and he ate it all before i could get a good picture. he also got the cinnamon pancakes which he had gonesoon after the photo was taken. will come again:) Read more
We wanted to try the special flavors of pancakes this morning on our road trip. They were delicious. All of our portions were... very large. The only negative was it took a long time to get our food. It was hot and our waitress kept our glasses and coffeepot full. Read more

The store was ridiculously short staffed. These are corporate decisions, don't let them hand you the "no one will work" line.... Their pay is poverty wages and no one wants an exhausting job that pays so little the staff qualify for food stamps. The foodwas amazing, the cook was great. The waitstaff was a single woman who was struggling with over 9 tables alone. A charming andfun young lady. I felt so bad for the two people working I seated a family of 6 for them so she could finish getting somethingfor another table. (Yeah I am like that...????) I've worked at Denny's, I can hostess just fine. Lol. I love IHOP, but you're amultimillion dollar industry and your CEO and upper echelon make enough you can pay better than $7.75 and afford to not take itaway because they got some lousy tips.
