I am in a power chair, my husband had to open the restroom door (after asking if there was anyone in there.)The handicapped... stall was very handicapped friendly! But the sinks, were not! I could barely reach the faucet, and the soap dispenser was on themirror, my husband had to step in to get the soap. I ordered Decaffeinated coffee with my meal, it was so cold I could dip myfinger in the cup and feel no heat! So the waitress asked if I wanted Caffeinated! After we were finished eating, we were justchatting, and I had a medical episode, and needed to sit and continue talking, (about 5 minutes) to prevent unconsciousness. Food was great. Amanda was a great server! She talked and played with my kids, was very happy and upbeat, and went above and... beyond today! They were out of burgers (I?m the only one in my family who won?t eat breakfast and I?m not a chicken sandwichgirl) and she went the extra mile to make sure I had something I?d enjoy. Stopped in to get a to go order and they were not to busy. There seemed to be only one person working the dine in and take out.... I don't remember the lady's name, but she was very nice and polite. She said she would be with me shortly. While I was lookingover the menu I observed her tending to the dining room guests in a proficient and polite manner. After about 5 minutes shereturned to get my order and apologized for taking so long. I told her it was okay I understood that she was only one person.She took my order and turned it into the kitchen. While waiting there was several other guests come in and she was very politeto them and advised she would be with them shortly. After about 15 minutes she brought my order out and apologized again for ittaking so long. I told her it was okay that it wasn't that long. I gave her my money and left to go home. Again I can't stresshow polite she was considering how she was sitting guests dining in and taking to go orders. I got home and ate and enjoyed mymeal. I definitely will stop in again in the future. Took forever to even get seated we got our food maybe 50 mins after we ordered I get being short staffed but this was over the... top. Our server was not the problem by any means but don't waste your time Read more
I didn't take pictures if my food but everything was great. We had the best server her name is Allison very friendly and nice.... When we went there was not alot of people so if you have kids it a great time to take them. If you are look for a job the arehiring for all positions. Read more
Had a really good meal, service was great, little long wait but worth it. Server took really good care of our family.... Southwestern chicken bowl was very tasty. Sampler plate was filling and has lots of variety. Will be back soon! Read more
Had breakfast there on Sunday January 12. I had scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and all you can eat pancakes. The breakfast... was very good and large portions. One of the things I like is the little pot of coffee they leave on the table. You get hotfresh coffee when you want it & it frees up the wait staff to do other things. That's good thinking on IHOPS part. It's always agood cup of coffee too. The service was excellent & the manager checked our table multiple times. He was out in the restaurantputting in face time at the tables. I had an enjoyable meal and would eat here again. You really can't go wrong with an IHOPbreakfast. Read more
The slowest IHOP I ever been in. Messed my order up and overcharged me. food was at least hot I was expecting it to be cold we... waited so long. Waitress needs to find another profession! They weren't busy what so ever there's no way we should have waitedso long or had bad service! Read more
