We stood at the door over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. Then asked to wait another 5 minutes before... we were seated. Once seated we waited for about 15 more minutes before they took our order. They were not even 1/3 full. Threeof us ordered wings and two of us didn't get the full 10 wings ordered. Extremely fresh and delicious wings! We were on a trip back from gatlinburg, to Indiana and I gotta say, out of all the hooters... we?ve been to this was the best one. The wings were fresh and extremely hot, nice and crunchy as well as super juicy on theinside. I actually had to eat my chili fries first to let my wings cool off they were that fresh. On top of that, The staff wasvery friendly and quick to serve us An all out pleasant experience I definitely wish we had a local hooters in BloomingtonIndiana. Read more

Food was delicious and the server was the sweetest and most patient with our drunk friends. I think her name was Rihanna but I?m... unsure on that. Loved the chips and queso and the pretzel bites were so good! We will definitely be back for more Great timeshere! Read more

Worst service I?ve ever had. It was 4:15 picking up an order that was scheduled to be ready at 4 and prepaid. I walked in and... stood there for a good 10 minutes before being greeted and told to wait. No big deal I get it, staffing is rough right now. Whenthe waitress came back after waiting on tables, I was told the ?take out girl? would be back from break in 5 minutes so wait atthe window? which was outside in the lobby with a ?couldn?t be bothered? attitude. A guy came right in behind me and he was toldto go to the bar for his takeout order. Mine was sitting at the bar 5 steps from where the original waitress who had told me 2xto wait was standing.
