Service at this Hooters has gone down dramatically over recent years. There's plenty of staff, but they ignore their tables. It... took 20 minutes to get a beer tonight. Another 30 minutes to get our check. The place was not that busy and there was plenty ofstaff on the floor. Service was pretty bad. Our waitress only came by a total of three times and barely spoke. Appetizers came out at the same time... as entrees. She didn?t ask if we needed anything with our food. The food was just okay, nothing memorable. Buffalo sauce tastedoff. I could tell that the appetizer was sitting for a minute because the cheese sauce was glazed over. All the servers werehanging out and taking selfies outside, so it was hard to find someone to ask for our check when we wanted to leave. Read more
Great food, buddies and I loved it. My first time eating here. Should?ve listened to our girl Tori, I asked for the boneless... ghost pepper wings and she kindly recommended a different less painful sauce but I chose ghost pepper and am currentlyregretting it. Thanks for everything y?all! Read more
We were a party of 5 who drove a little over 2 hours to school shop and since this Hooters was straight across from the mall the... kids chose this place to eat. As soon as we went in we regretted it. We stood at the door a good 20 minutes waiting to beseated. After finally getting a booth the waitress took our drink order. I ordered a strawberry lemonade. All of the drinks cameexcept my lemonade and when I ask the waitress said that the bar had to make it even though it was non alcoholic. Well we endedup getting appetizers before my drink. Luckily the appetizers were the best thing of the day. We all ordered something differentin which even after our order was turned in the waitress ask 3 more times what we ordered. I ordered fish tacos and the 1st biteI had to spit out and I am not a picky eater. It was the worst food I ever had from any restaurant. Our 11 year old orderedshrimp and that was literally all he got but we had to go boxes of our food before his shrimp even came. Out of 5 meals not 1single meal was completely ate. I very rarely leave reviews especially negative ones but I would not recommend this Hooters toanyone. Read more
We stopped in on a Saturday early it wasn?t too busy, but our food took so long and our server said they are short handed. We... completely understood that and waited patiently. When the wings did come out they were burnt on one side which made the wingstaste horrible however it took so long for those wings to come out that we just paid for our ticket and left without sending thewings back. Courtney, my server did a great job: attentive, but not intrusive. The Western BBQ burger was excellent...more than I could... devour! BUT, the waffle fries were well under serving temperature...barely 100? I'd guess. I ate them anyway...nice and crunchyotherwise. Read more
Went here and we were there when they opened. Half the food came out cold, and the restaurant was filthy for just opening.... Plates came out soaking wet and the celery was disgusting. I get that these are not major things but when it all adds up itkills the experience. What type of kitchen worker is ok with sending out brown celery? First we wait at the door for almost 10-15 min when there is no rush hour . One of the servers is always acting rude ?Zoe? she... takes forever to take our order , speak to me as she knows me from a long time !!! Her behavior is very rude and not welcoming Ifeel always like I want to avoid her. She talks in a condescending style.
