Been waiting my teenage daughters order since 8:49 they said an hour and no order has came. My daughter has school Tomorrow now... she has to eat cold food when she could?ve order from somewhere else if they wasn?t going to bring her food . I?m so glad Ididn?t use my credit card. I wanted to take a moment to let y'all know that the young lady working the counter at around 3 pm today was absolutely... exceptional. Half of her hair was black and the other was an orange. I was frustrated because I had less money in the bank thanit had just said I did and she was ver6 kind and friendly and just overall provided exceptional service through the entireexperience. So nasty, I don't know how this restaurant is still in business. The kitchen looks disgusting, and the guy cooking the food was... grabbing it with his bare hands and tossing it on the grill. Also, as someone who's eaten here a few times in the last fewyears, the quality has just gone down and down. The meat is fatty and chewy now, the hibachi sauce is watery and a poorimitation of what it used to be, and the fried rice is either soaked in way too much soy suace or barely has any at all, itsnever made well. Tried to order delivery for 2 blocks away at fort sanders. Order was taken, about to give payment and the MANAGER in the... background says we?re not doing any deliveries. The employee on the phone - completely cool - asks why because there?s no one inthe store. Manager goes outback and the employee says that?s literally the only reason he can?t deliver the food; so his managercan go outback forcing me to watch the store. (Only two people working) Read more
The delivery driver could not find Fort Sanders Regional (the giant hospital a few blocks away). Not sure how that is possible.... He dropped it off at a completely different building and left. I had to leave work to walk to another building and hope no onehad taken the food that had been left completely unattended Read more
Their food doesn't taste taste like Japanese food
This place has gone down hill. Got 2 sirloin entrees. The meat was so fatty, every bite had fat. They also dont give you as much... meat as they used to. The whole top portion used to be covered in sirloin. I used to almost never find fat in it. It seems theyare trying to be cheaper. I'd rather have the meat with no fat and a smaller portion of the meat if they needed to cut back. Notthe fatty meat they served and cut portions. Won't be coming back. Read more
