Yes, there is typically a long wait. I attribute this to being grossly understaffed. If the owners want to improve the service... stats they need to improve the employee experience from management down. If they want to retain current employees, offer morereasonable pay/benefits. If they want to attract potential employees, the same. It's not rocket science, it's simple economics.Also, the supply chain has been a nightmare for the past couple of years and it's difficult to keep anything in stock. In shortto owners, pay your employees a living wage to reduce turnover. To customers, you'll have to learn patience because, they mighthave your special order on stock and they're all over-worked and under-paid. Chill! Read more
The food is fast and isn't bad but the prices aren't very competitive and this location stops breakfast way too early. I went... there just after 10am and they were already serving lunch before 11am. What??? I told them I'd pass and drove across the streetto bojangles. Read more
I am sorry, but Hardees used to be the place for fast breakfast in the morning of all the FF locations. This location on Western... Ave. Has really went down hill. They run out of Menu items early. Short little Manager Woman always in bad mood barking ordersat employees. Came in today at 10 a.m. had 6 biscuits left. Was able to snag one for a steak biscuit. If I can include pic Iwill was smoothed. Top of biscuit so dry cracked and in 3 peices. Steak looks like fried in old grease. Hash Rounds seemed to bedouble fried. Crunchy and not soft and tender. Place real disappointment. Almost worth paying the higher cost to go across thestreet to the newly built Bo'J. Read more
RIP Hardees I'm really going to miss the memory of this restaurant in its glory days, which are far behind it. My order was... prompt and the staff were wonderful, but this is where my patronage of 33 years since childhood comes to an end. They lost onceby not doing breakfast all day with McDonalds. They reduced burger quality and started charging more, and now their menu itemsare shrinking. My bacon egg and cheese biscuit was half the size, half the ingredients, and barely bigger than my thumb. Sausage was burnt, and biscuit a little overcooked as well, seemed smaller than other locations too. I'd like to say the service... wasn't bad, but line was shorter than usual, and no napkins in the bag.. Read more
The last 4 times I have been there it's been a joke. The most recent I got a loaded omelet biscuit. No lie it had one piece of... sausage a chunk not a full piece of sausage. There were 2 pieces of bacon on it. 9 bucks I got a biscuit with a half a egglooked like crepe. Had cheese 1 piece of sausage and 2 bacon pieces not slices chopped pieces. This place is horrible theworkers are terrible. They have a attitude and are rude. No welcome to Hardee's it's what do you want. I'll never be back I'mdone with Hardee's. Please for the love of God close this Hardee?s or get an ENTIRE new staff. Every single time we?ve ever been here, we?ve waited... 35 minutes JUST TO GET OUR ORDER TAKEN! Then, when you get to the window to get your food/pay, they ask you what your order was.They?re always, and I mean always, rude. The lobby floors are sooooo sticky and half the equipment doesn?t work. The drink machines in the lobby only serve flat soda, no... ice, and the POS terminals at the counter seemed to be out of order as well. HOWEVER, everyone was so nice and the food wasfresh and our order was correct. The drink and ice machines in the drive thru worked just fine. We left happy. Read more
