We went through the drive thru and almost immediately, the girl taking our order had attitude. (I?ve worked in the food industry... so I get it.) This girl was continuously cutting us off while we were trying to place our order though. This happened a fewtimes, causing us to have to wait to multiple minutes at a time for her to come back and have us repeat everything we hadalready told her. After going through this at least 3 times, our order was still wrong. No curly fries. No kids meal. They gaveus the kids meal sized fries but they gave us a double bacon cheeseburger rather than a kids cheeseburger with no pickles likewe ordered. (There was also no toy but I?m not 100% positive if they even give toys anymore so that?s not a huge deal as long asI?m not still being charged for a meal that comes with a toy) The total time we were there just trying to place our order andget our food was about 20 minutes and we were the only car in line. If you don?t like your job, that?s your own issue, but don?ttake it out on customers who have caused you no problems. Read more

Majesta, hope I spelled that correctly, went above and beyond! I ordered a Frisco burger, and the bread was soggy and cold. ... Jeffery said the toaster wasn't working properly, and that was the best they could do. So I asked for a refund. Majesta saidshe could run it through twice and make it right. She personally remade my sandwich and brought it out to me. I reallyappreciate her extra effort. Thank you Majesta! Read more

So very rude over the mic. And though I love their biscuits they don't always turn out very well. The pic doesn't do justice but... the biscuit was literally almost black it was so burnt. Read more

Staff was not friendly and some kid was horse playing in the lobby kicking over wet floor signs. The burger I got was burnt and... the cashier never even so much as smiled at me or said anything even remotely friendly. Read more

Only 1 worker in the store. Made our food with the same gloves she used when taking our order and money, and drive thru orders.... Food was not good, drink station was gross. Lobby should have been locked for safety of employee, and just run drive thru. Read more

This place is good for where they are located. The were slammed in both drive-thru and inside. But, they were keeping up and... taking care of customers as quickly as they can. Several of the employees were working together as a team and no one seemed tobe on thier own. You could tell that they wanted to give you the best customer service they could give. Read more

We tried to order from there in the drive thru on 09/02 around 5:50. The man working the drive thru word for word told us "hold... on your order is too big" (it was only a burger meal and 3 kids meals. Not that big) and then made us wait for at least 10minutes until we honked our horn to get his attention. I guess he forgot about us. All 6 and cars were quickly served ahead ofus. This is the same worker that almost served us about a month ago. They shut the cooker off before they were even closed (hetold us this directly and that we'd have to wait 15 minutes to get our food) and we felt pressured to not order anything becausethey'd have to turn the cooker back on.
