Food was typical Hardee's, I simply wanted a burger with meat, lettuce and tomato. No cheese and just the sandwich and a drink.... The cashier acted like I was speaking a foreign language. He got so stressed out and upset because I asked for no cheese at theend. He probably should not be customer facing. The burger was as ordered and lunch was good, just leaving in customer service. Standard fare from this national chain. The staff were quick even at 4pm and the food was fresh and quick. Unfortunately a... little too quick as the fries were pretty soggy and not fully cooked. But we were hungry so fast food acceptable. Hence thefour. This is a common problem these days as many fast food places which are open are overrun and very busy. So they pull thefries out before the beeper/timer goes off. Or because it is in constant use, the temp is too low to properly cook thefries. Be care of fried chicken sandwiches when busy for the risk of being undercooked. Read more
Nice workers and the food came out fast, no complaints
I like it, but my wife doesn?t. Had a coupon for some breakfast items, and got a sausage and egg biscuit. Good overall, but... somewhat greasy. I had to admit that given a choice, I?d prefer the one from chick fil a. I do like their burgers though. Read more
I like Hardee's food and this is an excellent location. Fast,friendly service and the food isn't too overpriced. I'd also like... to take this opportunity to let folks know that Arbys is not the only place to serve a roast beef sandwich and I've never heardof Hardee's running out of roast beef either ! Came to this Hardee?s very hungry and excited. Requested the meals on the photos and after receiving cups, they did not have... drinks. Asked the man and the lady there about it, they did not wanted even answer us. We ere charged for what we did not get. Ihad to get out and bring the soda cans for us from another place. I think at least they could let people k ow and or at leastwhen asked, they could apologize or say something to that end but they were very rudely ignored our questions. Read more
Ordered the "big" cheeseburger meal. The cheeseburger was on a big bun, but the burger part was not what I would call big. You... could barely taste "burger". I was the only car in the drive-thru and I waited nearly 5 minutes just for them to come take mypayment... then another 3 minutes for my order.
