I am very happy to have discovered Habaneros ll Mexican Restaurant. I have visited the other Habeneros in Norris (North... Knoxville), both restaurants in this mini chain are very good but I like this one better so far. I had a very good light meal(a delicious Carne Asada Taco) and one of their Margaritas which was one of the best Margaritas ever. Kudos to Jose (manager)whoo was very willing to talk, I enjoyed meeting him). Also, my server was Shelly at the bar where I was sitting). The staffwere very friendly and added to my enjoying this experience; I now highly recommend Habeneros ll as one of my favoriterestaurants for 2022 (really more than that as they are really above their competition). Excellent food! Hot and fresh. Staff is very attentive and friendly..
I wasn't feeling too well but had dinner plans with family and went anyway. We all ordered our meals and they were delivered... promptly. Everyone's order was correct and hot. Our server was very friendly and attentive with making sure we had plenty todrink. The food was good and properly prepared. There was a lot of people in the restaurant and the restaurant was very cleanand all the servers were very attentive to their customers. I would recommend going there and enjoying a nice meal. I don'tthink you wouldn't enjoy it as much as we did. Hopefully the next time I go I will feel better and could enjoy my meal there andnot have to take it home with me. Read more

Service was slow. Waiter pretty much forgot about us after we sat down. Had to flag someone else after 15 plus minutes just to... order. Food wasn't what we ordered. Bathroom floor was sticky. It wasn't a busy time either. When we paid, we were asked how themeal was, we said we were disappointed. The cashier just smirked and didn't seem to care that we had received a bad experience.Used to like this place, but definitely taking it out of the rotation now. Read more
