I had an amazing experience at this Great American. I had to come leave a review! It was so clean & the service was very... efficient. I absolutely loved my cookie cake! The customer service was also great. The main employee I remember was Deshon. Hewas kind & enthusiastic and made sure my order was taken correctly and repeated back what I had asked for. We do not recommend ordering their cute number shaped cookie cake. Very disappointed that they didn?t explain when ordered just... how small it would be. For the same price as a full cookie cake, we got this bummer of a birthday cookie. Read more
Took my daughter here this evening and the girl that took care of us was beyond friendly. I gave her a hard time about wearing... an Alabama sweatshirt, and she never quit smiling. She was a breath of fresh air considering we had just ate supper across thestreet and were treated just the opposite. When we left, my daughter said, "We are coming back here for sure " Good stuff. Had the most amazing customer service from a young man with ordering and design and young lady with pick up! I failed to get... their names but come to find out the young man had designed my other sons cookie cake just a view weeks earlier.. it was apikachu cookie! It was amazing!!! I normally love GAC but this sad excuse of a cake was extremely disappointed. This was suppose to be a horse and police badge.... Unfortunately I was not the one to pick the order up, instead my daughter was left guessing what her side of the surprise cakewas suppose to be. I ordered my son?s 13th birthday cake from this location, the gentleman who took my order repeated it back to correctly and I... confirmed. When I came in to pick it up the young man working didn?t have a cake for me. He looked for, and found, my order;but it said it was scheduled for pickup on the next day! Panic mode obviously set in, as we were on our way to his birthdayparty. At least the 2 associates working at the time I picked up, did everything they possibly could to at least make sure Ihad a cake to take with us to the party. However, another patron did share with me, as I was waiting, that this is a commonoccurrence at this location. My son was so excited to see his cake decorated to his specifications, that he wanted to go intothe store to get the cake and see it first, the look of disappointment, just broke my heart! As I stood there waiting on thismakeshift cake, I was trying my best not to cry, especially as other customers told me I handled the situation well -professionally and with a level head. Read more
