Great food, great staff, quality!
The best place on campus to eat when you're really hungry. It's kind of like a buffet, and there is always pizza, a salad bar,... burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and a few other options that vary from day to day. Dessert options usually include cake, cookies,brownies, and ice cream. This is one of the more expensive options on campus if you're paying in flex dollars or real dollars,but it's certainly worth visiting once in a while. Read more
Staff is on point. Even when shutting down, they made sure the last person in line (me) was taken care of.
While the staff is very friendly and usually helpful, the food is absolutely terrible, especially for the price. On multiple... occasions I have found hairs in food, as well as what appeared to be meat and a piece of bone in a vegetarian dish, which iscompletely unacceptable. I would not eat here for free on a UTK meal plan. Read more
"We make it fresh everyday. No exception." The FFC is a somewhat upscale, brand new and modern-styled dining hall. It has a... wide selection of items on the menu. LOCATION AND COST: This dining hall is located within Stokely Hall. The dining is gearedtowards UT students obviously, but anyone can pay to enter at roughly $8. Certain student meal plans allow for a limited numberof guest meal swipes. ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Most foods served have a placard that states its ingredients above each servingarea, but if not, ask the server, and he or she should answer your questions. The workers have access to the ingredients on therecipe so if they fane ignorance, ask around until you're satisfied.
