Always a good burger and do get the small fries as they are plenty for two people, if you like sharing! The young lady who took... our order was very polite and answered our questions. I do hope that the prices go towards the people who are working there. Read more
Easy to order and food was quick to be made. Everything was delicious and made as we had requested and I appreciate it as it was... a complex order. Only thing is I found a bolt in the french fries bag which I'm not bothered by as it wasn't rusty. So if anyoneat that store is missing a makeshift ring or their fryer is missing a bolt, I found it! First time having 5-guys and, my God, it was delicious! The burgers were grilled and freshly made, not frozen patties on a... broiler. I ordered a cheese burger with grilled mushrooms, onions, and mayo. It was juicy, cheesy, and so good! The fries wereso delicious, and though we ordered 2 small fries, we had a literal bag of fries! The staff was kind and enthusiastic, the lobbywas clean, and the drink station was clean and stocked. Very impressed and happy with my meal! Read more
I've been to Five Guys in over 20 states and never had such a horrendous experience. The staff wanted to charge me OVER $50 for... a SINGLE BURGER because they don't understand how their own computer system works, they told me they have to ring in a fullburger order for any additional patties, despite showing them a receipt from another Five Guys showing multiple extra pattiescan be added (and trying to walk them through the process). They made zero effort to understand the issue, or deliver a decentcustomer experience. Read more
Food is great and service is awesome. Only issue was that my milkshakes that were made in front of me were not thick and more... like really cold chocolate milk. I still drank it though. Read more
