I went to this store and ordered the vegetable sub and it was absolutely disgusting. It had probably 4 sautéed green bell... peppers on it. Not one single mushroom. So much liquid that the bread was completely saturated. It was ice cold and had slimyiceberg lettuce on it. Seriously the worst sandwich I have ever had in my entire life. Read more
The manager runs an immaculate place (I think his name is Travis). The store and staff were fantastic. This is, by far, the... cleanest and freshest Firehouse that I've had. Kudos to all of you, and I will most definitely recommended. ???? Read more
This was normally our favorite location but today's service was terrible . The Employees would hardly look at you nor speakThey... got my order wrong I had ordered lettuce tomato and mayonnaise on my roast beef and Swiss. We tried firehouse in Cedar Bluff for the first time tonight and absolutely loved their sandwiches. The restaurant was clean and... I loved the decor, they also donate money to first responders. Staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going backagain and again. Read more
The young lady who took our order was extremely rude. Also she was not wearing her mask over her face or nose and did not show... us at all that she cared. Very poor customer service. One of our sandwiches was prepared completely wrong and we did not noticeuntil we returned home. This is about the 5th time our order has been wrong here. Very disappointing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We went around 7pm last night for a to go order. We were the only ones in the line with a few... others waiting for their meals. The cashier employee who took our order didn't understand how to ring up a BLT. Then we told herwhat we wanted to add to it. (There's a sign next to the cashier showing add-ons at charge and those at fee). So we each had torepeat our order twice to her because she didn't understand what add-ons we wanted. Okay she was slow to take the order andunderstand our wants but not the worse thing. We get our to go order in a timely manner and get to our car to check it out andeat it. I told a bite of mine and the order was wrong. They didn't give me the cheese I paid for or tomatoes. I did mention thatit was a BLT, right? Yeah meaning tomato is implied. So as this is inconveniencing myself but it's ok, people make mistakes, Igo back in and nicely told them my sandwich wasn't made right. I proceeded to tell them what was missing. The man there whoacted like he was in charge didn't apologize for the error and graciously offered to help correct their mistake, no he said itwasn't on the ticket, that is not have a BLT is made. Yeah ATTITUDE! Who paid for this sandwich AND the cheese as an add-on,yep, me! Who is getting paid to make it, you! How rude and unprofessional and he seems like he was the lead so he is teachingthe younger men their how to treat customers. When one of the guys asked him what they were supposed to do in this situation,the older man said nothing to the other. Way to lead by example, ruin a dinner experience, and lose a customer. Wait twocustomers. My sister had something missing from her sandwich too. Yeah he gave me the piece of cheese and a single tomatoseparate in a plastic box that is a waste and again still no apology but attitude. First time at this loaction. Pretty disappointed when I got home and saw my sandwich. The bottom bread was so soggy it was... unedible. I asked for melted cheese, cucumber and peppers on it. I got none of that, and they added canned jalapeños, Therewere also brown slimy onions. It was a pretty simple order that was all wrong. Read more
