We enjoy the food. Just wish the people doing the sandwich building would pay attention to the detail of each order instead of... rushing. Their food is usually really good. The place is clean and staff 8snfriwmdly. This time they got it very wrong! I can not stand... pickles so I asked for no pickle with my sandwich. Well they had a pickles with them. Now the entire sandwich tastes likepickel juice. I can not eat it. Firehouse Subs as a company? Phenomenal. This location can?t get their orders straight though. The last 4 times we?ve been, both... mine and my boyfriends sandwiches were wrong. This time, while waiting for 30 minutes (for our sandwich that we were told overthe phone when we ordered would be ready in 5-10 minutes -it was a 15 minute drive) there were at least 4 people who turnedaround and came back on planning their orders were wrong too. But they ARE good quality ingredients, so if that?s all you careabout go for it. Read more
