I rate this a 3 overall because of the food. We had a great experience eating and relaxing. The staff was outstanding. Very... polite and always accommodating. We started with the lobster queso dip and chips. It was very good. We had a club sandwich butthe local spread of mayonnaise had to much cilantro in it. The Durango burger was presented well but not really any spice asadvertised. Our fries were said to be seasoned, but we couldn't determine that. So they weren't. Read more
First time at a Firebirds. At first family was in shock at prices. But we ordered and each enjoyed what we individually... ordered. We were satisfied and comfortably full! I know I would come back to a Firebirds, No so sure about other family. Butthey were very happy with their food. Service was good. Read more
This place was absolutely one of the best places I have eaten. Went here for my birthday dinner. It was a little pricey, but... well worth it. The manager and the servers were great and the chefs were sending out amazing and delicious meals... Will begoing back!! Read more

Amazing Valentines meal! Food, service, and atmosphere are excellent! Couldn't ask for better employees, they were as friendly... as it gets! The drinks were fantastic! We enjoyed it not being to crazy since it was Super Bowl Sunday. Quite and easy to carryon a conversation. I also enjoy the dimmer lighting. I had the chili rubbed sirloin with Cajun butter and loaded baked potatoand It's one of the best steaks I've had. She enjoyed the chicken pasta and chicken tortilla soup as well. For desert we hadtheir brulee cheesecake and OMG it was amazing! Looking forward to our next date night trip there! Read more
This was my first visit. The complimentary bread was crispy on the outside. I ordered from the "lunch special" combo menu:... grilled chicken sandwich and mixed greens salad The bottom bun was hard from being toasted too long. The salad had quite a bitof vinaigrette. Next time, I will order that on the side. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Haley was a great server, veryattentive with a sweet personality. A great date night spot with the ambiance that provides privacy and good conversation. We were seated immediately and greeted... within a reasonable mount of time. The service was pretty good but delayed (refills took longer to receive and when offeredfree bread it did not come until our meal was at the table). We both ordered steak and it was decent but definitely not worththe price and did not (in my opinion) taste better than Texas Roadhouse. We might be back again for a lunch but I don't thinkthis will be our top spot to eat out. Read more
I've been wanting to eat here for a while now, but ended up disappointed when I finally did. They served fresh bread, before my... appetizer, but I wasn't that impressed. I got the deviled eggs with bacon, for an appetizer. They come with jalapenos on them,so if you can't eat spicy like me, you better let them know. Something about them, just didn't taste right. They didn't havemuch flavor and they didn't taste very fresh. I got the garlic sirloin with a baked potato for my main meal. The sirloin wascooked well, but I just didn't care for the seasoning. The baked potato ended up being the best tasting part of my meal. Thefirst root beer I got was a little flat, but the second one was good. Despite the food not tasting that great, my server,Jordan, was awesome. He was very polite and attentive. Since I'm always looking for a good place to get an excellent steak at areasonable price, I'm afraid I'll have to cross this place off my list. Read more
