My girlfriends and I stopped in last night. It was very busy, we had some drinks and got the salmon leap it was amazing. Our... server was Markeita she was one of the best servers we have ever had so down to earth and made us feel like family. Admittedly, Finn's is a place that I've frequented a lot during my time in Knoxville. And really, that should speak volumes on... the experience that Finn's brings to the table. Located at the Baker Peters House - look it up, it's an intriguing tidbit ofhistory - Finn's serves up well-crafted meals, well-rounded libations, and well-appreciated live music on an almost nightlybasis. With live music blaring at the forefront, it may be easy to dismiss the presence of food - but that would be a gravemistake. Finn's consistently serves up delicious gastronomic Irish treats - meals such as corned beef, fish and chips, andcottage pie. Amongst the dishes I've personally enjoyed are the Guiness-brined Pork Chop, Corned Beef & Cabbage, Salmon Leap,and the Filet Mignon. Each one of these dishes are thoughtfully prepared in accordance with the theme, with some being servedalongside their delicious, glazed carrots and house made mashed potatoes.
