This restaurant was pretty standard for Fazolis. Service was good, food came out hot. However, the inside of the restaurant... was really dirty. Bathrooms were pretty gross and the entire restaurant floor had some dirty sticky residue on it. Not thebest impression, but the food was good. Read more

Our order was not correct. The gluten-friendly rotini was ordered plain with roasted chicken and came non-gluten-friendly with... marinara sauce. The lady at the front counter was not very friendly and the restaurant needs to label what is gluten -friendly,so once a person gets home with the food they will be able to distinguish the difference more easily. We stopped in here for dinner after arriving in Knoxville as there's none of these around where I live. Prices were decent and... the unlimited bread sticks are a nice touch screen if they're not Olive Garden. The large sides of sauce for $1.49 are plentybig enough! The staff were friendly but could tell they were ready for the night to end. Read more

It was alright. Food looks better than it tasted sadly. If you're expecting to sit down and have good service this is not the... place, you order on a kiosk computer, I paid extra for the lemon icees and they didn't have them. They also didn't have anysweet or iced tea made. The floor was really sticky and everything was just sort of dirty. Most of the tables were filthy whenwe were looking to sit down and dishes sat on one table from the moment we walked in and were still there when we left. Thecheesecake was delicious, and so was the appetizer but the pasta was subpar and the pizza was rubbery and tasted like schoolpizza. You certainly get what you pay for and I see why it was cheap. Can't complain because of the price so 3 stars. Read more

I wanted to order the #9 spicy baked Ziti with chicken which was $8.49. but when I asked her what kind of sauce it was she said... it was pork. I told her that I did not eat pork and asked if I could substitute it for marinara sauce she said no. So shecharged me for a #8 baked Ziti which was $8.49 and also charged me $1.99 for the added chicken. I also ordered a Caesar saladwhich was $2.49. but when I looked at the bill she had charged me $3.49 instead. Another cashier told me it was because it wascharged as a meal deal. At least the bread sticks were unlimited and soft. But they were too salty. The Caesar sauce was alsovery salty. Since when do Italians cook with a lot of salt. I've eaten Italian food before I was married to an Italian. He wasa great cook. And it was just right, not too bland, not too spicy. Overall it was a good experience and the food. Only thingthat was missing was a nice glass of wine. Next time we will try the Fazolis in Morristown. Read more

We were expecting it to be a regular sit-down restaurant, but it turned out to be something between that and a fast food... place. My wife ordered at the counter and I ordered online which is why mine came in aluminum and hers came in a bowl. Thegarlic bread was nice and soft which is great for people with no teeth. I got baked chicken ziti, a slice of pizza, and theybrought me three breadsticks which is odd because they only brought my wife two... But the breadsticks are unlimited so itdoesn't matter. The ziti was a lot spicier than I expected but it's quite good. (To be fair, I ordered the spicy ziti and didn'tnotice.) They offer real ceramic dishes, real stainless steel tableware, but paper cups for your drinks. All in all this was adifferent experience than expected but we will be revisiting anytime my wife can decide she can handle the carbs. It's a shamethere is so few of these, this one is 34 minutes from my house and the next nearest one is 45 minutes and that's if Google mapsis correct. Read more

Not crowded at all at 2:30 in the afternoon. I ordered the $5 lunch special of spaghetti & meat sauce with a drink. Employee... range it up differently and total was over $10. Sat down, ate, and ran out of bread. Nobody taking care of dining room. Plates, bowls left on 3 tables that I can see right now since I've been sitting here. Nobody came around to offer more bread or see howanyone in the dining room is doing. These businesses are going downhill from what they used to be. Probably won't be back. Canget better service, and food at Olive Garden for same price. Read more

They included everything from the breadsticks (that I tried to order150 of because I didn?t know they were included and he made sure to not let me pay for extra sticks we didn?t need!!) to theserving utensils, forks and knives, and plates! They loaded my car and I was on my way! Just an A+ experience!!! Our staff LOVEDit and I can?t wait to do this again!!! Read more
