Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude not only on the phone but when we got there and the pizza was wrong they refused to... remake it. Wanted an extra large and they gave us a medium. Tried to make up for it by giving us a cheese pizza that was old.Tried to tell me that was an extra large when I asked him well what size is that? Which was clearly larger than mine, he juststood there dumbfounded. Refused to remake it when I told him this pizza will not feed me not pnly the rest of my family. Won'tbe back again. Read more
I have been to dozens of pizzerias in all different parts of Tennessee, but I have always been left disappointed until today. I... recently moved to Knoxville so I have been trying out all of the local eateries and one of my friends recommended that I try outElidio?s. I am SO glad I did because their pizza was absolutely delicious! The cashier and chef were extremely friendly andpassionate about the quality of the food that they serve. They only use the highest quality ingredients and put a lot of loveinto everything they do. When I was in there another customer who was a truck driver stopped in and said Elidio?s is the bestpizza in East Tennessee and probably in the entire state if he?s being honest. Both the truck driver and I were born and raisedin NJ so we know a good pizza when we see one. I told the owners to open up another location in South Knoxville and I will be inthere every day. Being born and raised in New York anytime I hear ?New York Style? pizza I cringe. But this place, is SPOT ON!! Closest to NY... I?ve found outside of the city and Long Island. If you want authentic New York pizza this is the place. Read more
