The employees are so nice and I am always super satisfied with the food. This is my favorite restaurant on campus. They have the... best bagel sandwiches and coffee. Read more

The staff is delightful. I started my day groggy, but after their literal service with a smile, I left smiling and ready to... tackle the day. Read more

I have overall loved einstein?s, but if Jackie is working you can count on your order being wrong and your coffee tasking... horrible. No customer service skills, clearly doesn?t want to be there. Really annoying to have a repetitive bad experience whenone particle worker is there. The other workers are great and friendly, she sticks out like a sore thumb. Read more

Opens at 7:30am. Best location on University of Tennessee campus to get breakfast and coffee. Located in the Art and... Architecture building, it is a great location to get your quick bite before headed to class or work. Read more

Overly Priced. Tremendously Long Lines. No Seating Available Ever. Napkin Dispensers Always Empty. BUT... oh so yummy.

One of the worst food establishments I have ever had the pleasure to order from. Staff is lazy and make it impossible for you to... figure out exactly what order is finished and what order is yours. Today I sat for 25 minutes watching my bagel sit below the'broken' toaster while they failed to pay me any attention, all the while the workers were content if I just sat there for therest of the day waiting on my bagel. After then being 20 minutes late for my class, I had to cancel my order and go to classwithout breakfast. Overpriced ,Plastic taste(when you actually get your food), and Terrible ,terrible service. Thanks bagelbros! Read more

Meh. Busy and so overpacked that they get orders wrong. There are better bagels in town anyway.
