Prices keep going up, specials continue to decline along with the training.. The Dunkin App/points are now a joke and you guys... need to wake up, you're losing business and it's sad because you can do better especially with your faithful customers!! Used the mobile app to order an assorted dozen; staff was super friendly, the donuts however, were less than desirable. Highly... disappointed, the 4 glazed donuts were "dry", and the sprinkles had almost sunken in and mixed with the icing on the 4 of thoseI got, overall, they just didn't seem fresh. I am hoping this was an isolated incident, I will try them again (& change myreview if my experience changes) but for now I was highly unimpressed. Read more
I go there most morning to get a iced chai latte and avocado toast with bacon. I went this morning and ordered 2 avocado toast... with bacon and drove home only to discover they forgot the bacon. This isnt the first time but what bugs me is they have nonumber listed so you cant call and try and get it replaced. I didnt have enough time to drive back so I hope they replace it andnot just offer a discount like waffle house did to me once. There have been some other issues but they were due to the newnessof the store and new hires. I wanted to put 4 stars for my cumulative experiences but this 3 star is for today. Read more
I got a iced coffee that's basically the color of milk along with some reddish long hairs on my cup. Then a sausage biscuit with... a raw biscuit. I tried to eat it to not waste it but it was literally raw dough. I will not be back. Read more
I've been here four times since they opened and each time everything has been made perfectly both food and drinks. Our coffee... is always made right and is piping hot. The drive thru wait time can be a bit long at peak hours but that's because there areusually 8+ cars on line so that's to be expected plus they just opened. I never mind waiting if I know my coffee is made rightand is hot!! The staff is always nice. Read more
